This older hotel is a different to us being entrance is from a parking ramp. Our room was clean and had updated plumbing fixtures, bedding and TV. Nice restaurant and bar is within the building.

We were there for my daughter's bday. After a fun day exploring Duluth, we returned to a nice clean room to relax. Hotel is in a great location with 2 restaurants on site. We will be back.

Good location. Parking big benefit.

Not as clean as I would expect a hotel room to be. The shower area needed a scrub and the shower drain was very backed up. I took a shower and was standing in six inches of water by the end because it was not draining properly. It was very nice and convenient for us to be able to walk to places downtown, to the canal, and driving distance from lots of things.

The room wasn’t very clean, the shower head leaked and the soap/shampoo holder in the bathroom was broken. Overall the hotel isn’t the cleanest and kept up.

4:40 and had trouble finding a ready room for us when check in was 4:00 which is a little late anyways in my opinion

Easy parking and great central location!

Arrived, checked in. Went up to the 16th floor, keycard didn’t work. Went back down, got a new keycard, went back up. Someone else was STILL occupying the room as I enter. This immediately made me feel unsafe. Went back down, told staff, they nonchalantly just gave me a different room a floor down. Fine. Stayed for 2 days, keycard stopped working after the first, luckily was not locked out. Got a new keycard. Accessed my room to realize it did not get a daily turndown. It was a clean room in a rough area with free parking. Would have been a better review if staff hadn’t messed up so many times or even apologized for the multiple inconveniences. They didn’t and it was the same to staff members.

Both hot tubs closed, hotel is out dated, bot the safest neigjborhood for s family.

Everything was really nice and having the convenience or charging my friends Tesla was great! The only drawback was not being able to get ice.

Bar was fun. Restaurant was always too busy to get a table. Good for you, but annoying for me.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and appreciated the warm hospitality. I'm already looking forward to returning!

We stayed in a single room with a king bed and city view. Exceptionally clean room, very spacious, and hands down one of the most comfortable beds. Wonderful staff. There were two small details would make my stay 5 stars. First, the blackout blinds are slightly off on measurement such that from the bed, there was a crack of light that blinded me awake both mornings. Second, the shower door is also slightly off on measurement so the floor was a wet mess after using the shower.

The room is so humid had to keep the temp extremely low and the carpeting felt damp. The air conditioner was loud when it kicked in. Hotel rooms need an update.

Hotel is downtown so it’s convenient for walking to a nearby coffee shop but also shopping. Building is old and indoor swimming pool lighting is dim. But the overall hotel is clean. I would stay again. We wished this location had free breakfast though.

The location is perfect for what we had planned. However two things just made this hotel not comfortable. 1) strong bleach smell. Not sure where it was used but smelt it down the hall and into the room. 2) wall AC unit sounded like it needed maintenance and couldn't let it run overnight cause of the noise.

The hotel is in a great location and is area sites are within an easy walk. Our room was clean but was run-down. Bathtub drain didn’t work well so the tub filled as you took a shower. Furniture was all very worn, some of it dirty. Doors were worn and stained, the rooms need an update overall.
