Arrived, checked in. Went up to the 16th floor, keycard didn’t work. Went back down, got a new keycard, went back up.
Someone else was STILL occupying the room as I enter. This immediately made me feel unsafe. Went back down, told staff, they nonchalantly just gave me a different room a floor down. Fine.
Stayed for 2 days, keycard stopped working after the first, luckily was not locked out. Got a new keycard. Accessed my room to realize it did not get a daily turndown.
It was a clean room in a rough area with free parking. Would have been a better review if staff hadn’t messed up so many times or even apologized for the multiple inconveniences. They didn’t and it was the same to staff members.
