Everything is going well

Not bad ! But near around train rail, noise become terrible !

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience. The room unfortunately had a noticeable smell of smoke, which was unpleasant. Being close to the metro station was convenient for getting around, but it also meant dealing with traffic noise and even feeling the vibrations of passing trains during the night, which affected sleep. On the positive side, I appreciated the free tea and coffee available at reception—it was really nice to have a hot cup after a long day out. The breakfast was also a highlight, with plenty of variety ranging from hot scrambled eggs to cereals. Overall, while the location and amenities had their benefits, the room condition and noise levels left room for improvement.

It was a normal stay , Tv remote no netflix. Iron not working properly in my room

Overall, it was affordable. If you’re not really staying for an experience and just need a place to lay your head it’s okay. It needs some upgrades, and the breakfast could have been better. Overall I appreciated the fridge and microwave in the rooms, but overall, again, upgrades are needed.

Front desk staff were excellent

Located in a busy area of Rockville Centre, Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, stores movie theaters and the LIRR ( Long Island Railroad ) which takes you to NYC and connections to Brooklyn and Queens. The room accommodations are clean and comfortable. Small refrigerator , microwave coffee machine and cable tv. Friendly staff. I was moved to another room when I complained I could hear the loud tv next door. Free continental breakfast is good. Unfortunately their small pool was not available due to maintenance. It is a good place to sleep and shower and convenient to visit Long Island and NYC,

Check in time was 4pm and I did not get to the hotel until after 9pm. The room had some food particles along with others on the floor. The sheets and pillow cases were visibly stained or might not have been washed properly, there was hair in the bathroom sink, the toilet could do with a little cleaning, and I was given a room with handicap bathroom which I don’t remember booking for. The check in staff was kind enough to have someone changed the bed linens, which the staff did graciously and encouraged me to speak with the manager/director in the morning. I was a bit taken aback with the attitude of the staff who was at the front desk. She was confrontational and abrasive, stating she was going to check the camera, seeming to imply I was lying. which I did not care

Staff is excellent. Rooms are clean.

Property was clean and good location. Did not enjoy heavy smell of marijuana in the elevators. One of the lamps in the room did not work and the room was very small.

The staff was wonderful! The property was clean. Close to the train station. Lots of restaurants around.

We chose this location because we it is right by the Lobg Island Railroad

Great place to stay. No problems. Breakfast very good and lots of parking.

Clientes consumiendo drogas fuera de las habitaciones, inseguridad al salir durante la noche a la farmacia de al lado, me picaron chinches que esto dice la poca higiene del lugar. Jamás regresaría. No lo recomiendo
