The Hytaa Hotel should be a top-tier brand, but the services and facilities of this hotel make me feel like it's just an average business hotel.

Very nice short stay we had! Room was clean, amenities were nice, and all in all we had a great time!

Good location for downtown. The room are nice and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. I had a good experience.

Excellent stay. Convenient parking and the location is perfect for the theatre, the ball game or dining. Our room was gorgeous and super clean.

Hotel prioritises people not staying at the hotel in the restaurant, especially outside. Coffee machine and steamer both broken in the room, took a couple of days to get sorted.

Clean and good condition of the property. Front Desk was great. Starbuck's conveniently adjacent to the lobby.

The lobby was beautiful and the staff informed and personable. The room was comfortable and clean. Will stay here again.

Room was ok. Hallways were full of drunk people at night up until 3am.

The room was super clean, the staff were so friendly and accommodating, and the buffet breakfast was superb with lots of variety. I'll definitely be staying there from now on.

Room was clean, my only suggestion is get better pillows. Staff were so sweet and helpful especially Zain at the front desk. Lots of parking around if you don’t park at the hotel especially if you have a big truck.
