They called prior to my stay and made a change for me since the original room had an AC issue. Was great communication that I appreciated!

For all this hotel has to offer, and the nightly rate, very good value. Breakfast, pool, spa, actual full large gym with all the equipment you'd find in any local gym.

Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely return. The room was spacious and comfortable. My only complaint was that the Ethernet port was at the bar-height table instead of the desk, which made working remotely inconvenient. I loved that the bathroom was stocked with Dove hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The soap and lotion were mounted in an awkward spot that would be difficult for most kids to reach. The sink pressure was very strong, but the shower was average. The oversized bath towels were a nice bonus. I didn’t use the gym, but it looked well equipped. I had an excellent massage, and I enjoyed having the pool spa completely to myself both days. The restaurant was the biggest disappointment. I called for room service and was told they’d check if someone could deliver it and call me back. After waiting nearly 30 minutes with no callback, I called twice more with no answer. When I went down, the restaurant wasn’t busy. Service was slow both nights, but the food was alright. The hotel staff were friendly and easy to deal with. The location was convenient, with plenty nearby and lots of parking. I also appreciated the security since guest floors require a key card, although visitors need to be met in the lobby - including food deliveries.

Room was very quiet considering how close to the elevator we were. No variety in pillows, all were extremely soft and almost disappeared when you laid down. Included breakfast was just ok, significantly less variety then when we had stayed in the past. Overall would stay again

I got charged almost $200 for 'damages' from some hair dye on a couple towels. Wasn't reached out to or provided a cost breakdown; I had to notice and reach out. I keep being told a manager will get back to me. I've never had a hotel charge me for this. Aren't they just bleached anyway?

Breakfast is pretty mediocre. The hot food is pretty bland. I don’t enjoy the music being played around the outside of the building. Definitely not something that’s necessary at 7:30 am when it can be heard in rooms. I thought it was an annoying neighbour, not the place I was paying to stay at that was keeping me awake

It’s a nice and clean hotel. Breakfast is decent. Gym is 18 plus only. Staff rude.

If you want something close to the QE2, then this is it. Otherwise, not worth the money.

Room was nice and clean, the common areas not that much. Carpet in common areas on hallways would use some upgrade. Breakfast was ok not bad but nothing special - didnt like paper cups, plates and wooden utensils - cheap. Overall good!

Good breakfast with enough cozy seating like we are in a restaurant. Nice clean room safe area. My family enjoyed it. We played in their game room, enjoyed swimming pool and hot tub. Just add that lighting should have been brighter in the swimming pool area and on hall ways . Carpet in 3rd floor elevator area needs stretching as I almost tripped .

Room was clean, staff was helpful

Stayed in a family suite which was a good size. When the pull out couch was set up, it was very difficult to get to the bathroom. We booked this hotel because it said it had an arcade AND a games room. There is no arcade. There was a ping pong table, foozeball and air hockey (but one of the paddles was broken) and there was no AC in the games room so it was very hot. I called ahead of time and asked what coins the pool table in the lounge took, and they said 2 loonies and that I could get change at the front desk. But when we tried to play and get change, the front desk told me they didn’t have a single loonie. So I went to the lounge (which is a restuarant/bar) and they told me they didn’t have any loonies either. I had a toonie, so I just needed 2 loonies. They said no. What bar doesn’t have 2 loonies in their till? So in order to play, I had to ask a table of people who were eating for 2 loonies, or drive to a gas station. Also the self serve guest laundry was “temporarily out of service” on our floor, so I asked at the front desk which other floor had laundry, and they told me they were all out of order. So we had to come home with wet bathing suits. The elevator was out of service when we got there, but they fixed that. The carpets are rippled all over the third floor and I tripped a couple of times. Breakfast was on a paper plate with wooden cutlery. Couldn’t eat the cereal as the spoons were flat wooden spoons. The rest was ok but nothing great.

Very impressed with this hotel. Its a huge difference in quality compared to the other hotels in the area. Cleaning service was phenomenal as well
