Ideal location and great parking. This is a really good value to stay in Kingston. I want to mention a couple of great team members. My engagement ring got lost in the sink pipe and Ted from the front desk rescued it right away. He was so lovely! Another great touch to staying here, was a really nice "breakfast on the go" box that was included with my stay. I wish I knew this older gentleman's name, he was the best. Just so welcoming! I felt like I got my lunch packed for school and what came with it had me full the whole day. What a thoughtful treat and gesture, thank you! The rooms were clean just outdated, the bed was comfortable. That is the only reason it's not a perfect score. I would gladly stay here again based on the impeccable service I received from all of the staff. Thank you so much Ted and my breakfast friend! Salamat Po!

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber eine fantastische Lage. Die Zimmergröße war angenehm und das Badezimmer hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Parkmöglichkeiten gegenüber vom Hotel waren gut und bezahlbar. Das kostenlose Frühstück hat uns er nicht so überzeugt, aber das Personal war freundlich und hatte immer ein Lächeln für uns übrig.

Central location, walkable from every restaurant or attractions. Clean. The bathroom could use a refresher, especially the faucet was not well attached but worked. We liked the box breakfast system.

Staff are nice

My room had no power and the receptionist could not move me to a new room, stating the hotel was completely booked. This was surprising for a Tuesday night (both the parking lot and breakfast area the next morning were vacant). She offered to reimburse my parking fees as a resolution… I had to insist she check the breakers since I could not be moved to another room. She was unsuccessful but then enlisted the help of the security agent and eventually they were able to flip the breaker on. The breakfast was also disappointing; the hard boiled eggs (that I had to shell myself) were completely overcooked, inedible. Everyone was very nice and I hate to leave a poor review, but it was quite a disappointing stay.

Rooms were super clean, friendly staff, parking is tight, but pretty good and close to the majority of the pubs and restaurants. Accessibility: stairs to enter from the front, no stairs from the parking garage, toilets are VERY low, elevators smaller side.

Front desk was very helpful and efficient. The rooms are very clean. The only drawback is the restriction in indoor parking as due to low ceiling, SUV/trucks more that 6 feet tall cannot be parked underground - however, city parking is available across the street. The hotel is close to everything - restaurants and tourist attractions! The continental bento box for breakfast is nicely done and eating area is quite clean and welcoming! Overall, great experience staying at this hotel!

The location is top at the waterfront and in the center.The room was very large with a nice view and a confortable bed and it was silent.The staff is very friendly and helpful, they helped me purchase the Via Rail ticket.The breakfast is a box with very sweet stuff so the next day I went to another hotel to have a decent breakfast.A part from the breakfast, highly recommended.

Great location, great hotel

Location and breakfast was good.

Great location. Parked across the road at the municipal lot but in the end it would have been cheaper and easier to use the hotel parking and pay $25.00. Staff was very helpful. The boxed breakfast reminded me of Covid days but had a variety and was substantial. We booked a waterfront view and it was nice watching the boats and tour boats. We will return.

Loved the room view of the water! Great bathroom too!Surprised we saw SPIDERS on our ceiling early in the morning over our bed!

The hotel is simple but very clean. Staff is patient, even let us check in earlier. The breakfast buffet was a nice way to start the morning. The location is unbeatable as far as Kingston goes. One of the only hotels in town with decent prices for 2 queen beds. Thank you.

Room was clean, staff were pleasant, it was nice and quiet and convenient to all waterfront amenities. The only issue was the shad flies at waterfront were terrible (out of control for the hotel obviously) so choose wisely when you book if you plan a stroll down to the waterfront.

The hotel is located in a great location. Many coffee shops, stores, and a market on the weekend, all woth in walking distance. Problem we had was checking in. Couldn't find anyone until I asked loudly if we could get help. Room was very clean and quite large.
