I would not recommend staying here. It's an ok place, but the tap to pay does not work so you have to physically have your card and the $50 deposit is a charge and you have to wait 3 to 5 business days for it to go back to your card. VS going to the Hilton and it being refunded within the 24 hour period or almost instantly. So definitely pay the extra and stay somewhere else.

Found the room reminded of a smokers room that had been painted. Found it was exasperated by the AC when it kicked on. Had to spray air freshener to be able to disguise the odor so I could fall asleep. Need to put fans in bathrooms as well.

This property had the best lighting of any hotel room I have experienced. I appreciated the full length mirror as well. The thing that I found peculiar was that they would not allow us to have two extra wash cloths. This policy seemed to be uncalled for!

Extremely rude front desk associate. He was yelling at us at the check in/out desk. He complained that he had to be doing his literal job and continuously rolled his eyes and complained. He would interrupt when we’d try to talk to him… not professional at all. If he doesn’t want to do his job he shouldn’t be working there.

The housekeeping isn’t very polite.
Had half a roll of toilet paper and I asked politely for another roll and was told no, I went to grab a roll and was told no. Did not empty my trash.
The breakfast is good. The attendant in the breakfast area is very nice.
Front desk is polite.

The carpet in our room was wet. The toilet wouldn't flush. We were transferred to another room where the carpets were even wetter (so that we had to wear shoes in the room) and smelled like wet dog. We were charged $65 because I got cosmetics on my pillowcase and towel. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again, especially since this location was supposed to be one of the nicer ones.
