Good food in the hotel. Good service. Very nice staff.

The location is rather far away from city, but without shuttle bus. The public bus is only operated on every Tuesday, it means there is no traffic from hotel to city. Although overall of the hotel is good, this has already deduct many scores.

Excellent

It was ok place, not what you would expect from the Hilton brand and the price paid. Everything is outdated, including staff members, who need more training in customer experience, guest needs, and the products they offer. Bedding sheets were ripped; no sleepers; bathrooms were not cleaned and were from the 90s; and wooden spoons (really).

This hotel could do with some Maintenance and upkeep. The gardens are horrific acknowledging this is the desert missing tiles pavers dislodged by roots etc… the hotel has good 70s bones, c’mon Hilton give it a spruce up.

The room was not serviced during my two day stay the Saltbush restaurant staff were very disinterested. The Hanuman restaurant was excellent and the staff were friendly and excellent. The property is tired and there is no emphasis on hospitality.

Wry clean beds

Loved the hotel it’s the best! I felll in love with my room, the bed, bathroom and huge television made me feel at home. I was served by a beautiful and kind Japanese ladie at the counter. Spectacular service.

The property as a whole is excellent. Good location and wonderful food and beverages on site. Bed was comfy and clean. Rooms need a little update, especially the bathroom. Chipped tiles and grout is disgusting. The only good thing going for the shower is the hot water. For the price the bathroom needs improvement.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed. The room had a small sofa and a writing desk. The balcony and the outdoor spaces would be lovely in warmer weather!

We had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were attended to daily and we were close to everything. Highly recommend

まぁまぁHiltonなので、アリスでも最高のホテルでしょう。部屋は清潔なベッド、テレビ、冷蔵庫、バスタブ付きシャワー、洗面台、トイレ、ベランダ、中庭と満足でした。 それでも小さなネズミがいたので、逆に逞しさを感じました。 ただ、ハヌマンは大勢が押し寄せると人数制限がかかることがあり、それは惜しかったかな。

Expensive. No WiFi included. No exhaust fans in bathroom. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Expected better quality accommodation for cost.
