It wasn’t the Reno’s, the sound proofing didn’t exist, I could hear everything in the hallway like I was there and the kids crying and the upstairs pounding and the shower next room was like reving an engine in the room, I slept so little The breakfast was bad, didn’t have enough cutlery or food, and there wasn’t enough drinks and the eggs had a really bad fake taste

Helpful staff, delicious hot breakfast, and beautiful balcony on our room. We enjoyed the newly renovated room, but the main areas of the hotel were not cleaned properly.

There was a mice in the room, that ate my chocolate bar and kept me awake all night. Also, there was a problem with the toilet. The staff member that came to the room gave me the toilet plunger and said to me to deal with it. I was not really impressed. The pool and the hot tub was dirty. The water was green. The laudrymat place was dirty. I won't be going there again.

We stayed here just day before yesterday. I didn't like the breakfast because the pan cakes were horribly bitter. But this time it was an excellent experience. Thank you.

Noise complaints. Couldn't watch a movie without front dest calling about whiney neighbors

This was a great stay! We visited Fredericton to see my relatives again after 47 years; and to go whale watching in St Andrews. This property is older and provides many function rooms abd facilities like a swimming pool and infrastructure that is less commonly seen in newer builds, which are more spartan. The breakfast bar was superb and the room was very clean. The aircon worked very well. After about 300000 km of travel and 50 international flights in my life, living and working in 4 countries, I rate this stay 4.6 out of 5 and would gladly stay again. Very competitive and what was advertised on the tin is what you get! The counter staff were very helpful and pleasant at all times. Pricing was also competitive and we were surprised by the room size, which was generous for the price.

The hotel is currently in the process of renovating. Our room was clean and comfortable but the hallways and public areas were a mess. The pool and hot tub were okay. Breakfast buffet was not not well maintained or clean. It has the potential to be a beautiful hotel someday but its not there yet.

The amenities they stated were closed and they should state that, the bedding had some stains but the staff were great

Staffs were very helpful.

We arrived late, but the helpdesk person was very nice to us providing what was missing very quickly. It was nice playing a pool game and if I would had time there is a golf practice field and a clean 9 holes golf course right behind the hotel. The quality of the breakfast was above our expectations, and I would return if I come by again.

La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Le déjeuner était bien. Par contre, l'hôtel est en rénovation et plusieurs couloirs étaient encombrés. De la vaisselle traînait dans les couloirs. La piscine et le spa étaient incroyablement sales. Je ne suis pas du genre à laisser de mauvais commentaires, mais l'état de la piscine ma vraiment choquée. Heureusement, le personnel est incroyablement gentil.

you can tell it's very dated it has a center Court design popular with hotels in the 70s and 80s. The rooms have been updated the quality of what they did is subpar. The room I was in had no towel rack there was no toilet paper roll dispenser it just sat on a shelf under the sink there was no shelf for anything in the shower to put the soap or the shampoo on. The wallpaper had been ripped and I could stick a pen in so whoever did the work didn't do a good job TV had a few channels most of them would say there was no signal and or the signal would be weak and you wouldn't get a good quality. I found the hallways to be very dark and there's no elevator so if you have any luggage and you're on the second floor they don't offer any assistance. The room itself was a nice size with most of the amenities you would expect. When I checked in just after 5:00 p.m. I had noticed a coffee cup sitting on top of a fire extinguisher stand the next morning when I went to breakfast at 8:30 the same cup was on the same fire extinguisher stand nobody had cleaned up. The walls were very banged up aesthetically it's not the most pleasing place to go. As far as location it was a quick taxi to restaurants. The outside and the hotel features need to be modernized. I have googled where to go for dinner and it came up with the hotel as being a very decent place but it was closed completely Even the bed sheets didn't fit the bed properly. Poor designs!

This hotel was quite disappointing. I used to stay here all the time years ago. Needless to say, this place has gone downhill terribly. Our room was not very clean. I could brush the dust off the nightstand with my hand. The shower had an opened, already used bar of soap in it and the cable didn't work on the tv. When I inquired about the tv issue, I was told it was a Rogers issue, but there was no apology or empathy. The interior of the property was not overly clean, with stained carpets and clutter all throughout the halls and courtyard area. Its so sad to see how below standard the management has allowed this property to get. The price was reasonably affordable, but there are better places in Fredericton one can stay and it's worth paying the extra rate. Sadly, I don't think I'll be returning to this property again.
