The room showed its age. Bathroom was disgusting. The comforter had dried food or blood on the end of it. They did change it out when I complained at the front desk. I know they were remodelling units so I give them that. Complimentary Breakfast food was not that good. Eggs were very wet and the food on all 3 mornings was cold. Eggs and potatoes is what I had. The pancakes were burnt on the third morning.

The water was flowing out of the shower and all on the floor of washroom.

Found a condom in my room. Was cheap hotel overall and not really clean Had a terrible smell

Would not recommend. No very clean and didn’t feel very safe. Checked in and checked out right away don’t even stay as the two issues above were observed.

Place needs a complete Reno , no shelf in the shower to put your things on , toilet paper sits on the bathroom counter ( needs a holder ) free breakfast is not the best food , gym looked like it hadn’t been cleans in months, no bed spread on the bed even ( got one our last night there ) over all would not stay there again

Staff was great.

Very dirty and the room had cables exposed for the lights . Breakfast was empty . Not a good experience at all .

Hot tub and pool were filthy. Construction on connecting rooms started at 8am with no warning. Toilet was twisted sideways and uneven.

The property was very good, the hot tub was kinda gross, we waited to use, because there was a kids birthday party, and the breakfast in the morning was missing bolws and spoons and when I asked, 3 bowls were brought. And was taken right away for cereal. Not enough options to choose from as most stuff was empty. Other than that the stay was great.

The pool area was nice but understaffed. The hotel was old and dated.

Wasn’t able to get into hot tub was full all day, drain was clogged when going for shower , and room smelled like pee. But the staff was very pleasant

We were disappointed on our checkout morning. We discovered that our bathroom did not have any cold water going to our shower or sink and this was only after my husband got in the shower and almost burnt himself because the temp could not be adjusted. I did call the front desk who did send their maintenance man up shortly after ( who was absolutely wonderful) but he was told we had no cold water. Upon inspection he discovered that during renovations the cold water lines were not turned back on. No damage done, but could have been a lot worse.

Breakfast was not great. Hotel under renos and noticeable. Good stay.

I was extremely disappointed with our room. The bathroom was the worst. Cracked tiles, water stains on the ceiling, sprinkler heads were so rusted I doubt they would even work. The only reason we stayed was that the beds and bedding were clean. The “window” in our room over looked the pool area, so it was very noisy. Walls were paper thin and you could hear people talking in the other rooms. We wouldn’t have stayed but every other hotel in the area was full. I would never book this hotel again. The one positive was that the staff were extremely friendly.

We had a wonderful stay and were genuinely impressed by both the accommodations and the level of care from the staff. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. One experience in particular stood out: my grandson, who struggles with extreme anxiety, had a panic attack after becoming frightened by a misunderstanding. The staff handled the situation with incredible compassion and professionalism. They immediately went above and beyond to move us to a different room so he could feel safe and settle down. After reviewing the situation, it turned out to be a false alarm. Once he had settled, my grandson was very apologetic, and we truly appreciated how respectfully and calmly the situation was handled by everyone involved. Beyond that, the amenities were excellent. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and offered a great start to each day. The pool area was a highlight—it was clean, relaxing, and truly felt like a tropical oasis, complete with a fish pond and a waterfall filled with koi. The hot tub was perfectly heated, making it a great place to unwind. Overall, we’re very grateful for the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Their understanding and quick response turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience. We would absolutely stay here again.

I have a certain affection for this hotel; I've stayed here multiple times. Price is always great. Continental breakfast is awful but that might just be my snobby tastes. This particular stay toilet wasn't properly cleaned (some residual urine splash behind the lid) and possibly black mold on the wall!?!? Overall decent stay. Like I said I keep coming back!
