Customer service with a particular receptionist was very disappointing, I proved a lie by rebooking a hotel that was fully booked.. furthermore the king size bed is two single ensembles pushed together.

Nice place, have unpleasent at the first night but they fixed it straighly. Very recommended place. Will bring my family to stay here again.

It wasn't great but also not bad, however no neutral as option. Old hotel, but room size is big. One lamp didn't work well despite I have repaired. Room interior bit bland, but location is nice. Nice pubs and bars downstairs, Coles around the corner and the infamous Peter’s by the sea. To get room with ocean view I need to add another extra A$20 per night. Main lobby goes straight of high stairs, guest with heavy luggage will be having issue. Maybe there is ramps but not really visible. Another thing is it was difficult to call concierge/reception/in room dining at night. Tried to call them several times but no one picks up, I need to go downstairs to convey the issue. One time I need to call the restaurant for in-room dining, merely because no one picks up. And the guy from restaurant (Matthew) were nice enough to run to in-room dining station to receive my call and take my order. The burger was delicious! On a positive note I like the hotel access that guest or staff could not come in thru main lobby starting from 11PM unless you have key card.

The scenery is beautiful, the cleanness of the hotel is 5 stars, the service and kindness staff, I like the location, although is far from the city, I ride a bus any takes 20-30 minutes, thanks mate

Service started with 1 star but the team proved to be 4 stars by the end of our stay.
