We stay at this Sandman several times a year. It is close to our son’s home, clean and well kept and the staff is lovely. We will be back in two weeks 🙏

Yes didn’t have breakfast at hotel

The window had a stick of wood in it for security, I didn’t feel exactly safe, I was on ground floor I’m pretty sure sandman could afford locks

The hotel was very tired and in need of a face lift

My father was dying and has now died. I was trying to book a room at the hotel my family was staying at and booked the wrong sandman. I and my family had no idea there were multiple sandman’s in Kamloops as that seems odd. I asked to be refunded from Expedia and was told they could only do a partial refund and Patricia at the sandman could choose to refund the other portion. I reached out over messaging and called and never received anything back. Not even a note. I’m extremely upset mainly because I was met with no understanding or sympathy for my current situation. So, not only has my father past away but I now have to deal with this instead of being able to grieve

Room was clean and friendly staff

Room was small but clean. Served my needs just fine

Tiny tiny beds. Supposed to be double beds but my husband and i couldnt fit in the bed and were not big people. The whole room was small and tight. Didnt like being in the basement either fir the pet rooms

Room was spotless, staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The beds were comfortable, however the room and building were a lot older then we anticipated.

Very basic hotel. The bedsheets were not very clean, the mirror above the sink has seen better days, the bathtub looked dirty, and the drain was not working properly.

Staff was great. Bathroom was super small and tight, but everything was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Not handicap friendly. No handicap parking, no elivator. Room looked like it had been broken into with a crowbar. Foot prints and hair in the bath tub. Would never stay there again!!

We have stayed in this hotel many times. The staff is warm and welcoming, the rooms are clean and well kept. It’s not fancy but the price is right and the location is perfect, right between ur son’s place and the shopping district, on the edge of downtown with great shops and restaurants and the best Denny’s ever in the same parking lot.

Didn’t have breakfast, the stay was quite and peaceful

When I arrived the staff were drinking in the parking lot and followed me in for check in. I went to my room on the first floor all the lights were on inside I went to lock the door and the dead bolt was broken and did not work. Requested to change room. The pictures on the website did not reflect to what I checked into. The staff continued to drink in the parking lot with music from an open car door all evening. Had I not travelled from out of town and given the time of night I would have left instead of just requesting a room change.
