The room was clean, staff at front desk accommodating, the air conditioning was loud, the restaurant food was very good!

There was simply nothing to recommend. -Rundown -Dirty -In disrepair -No handicapped accommodation -no elevator - no ramps - filthy bathroom -rotted ceiling in bath -tub porcelain peeled. - trim ripped off stands that wasn’t replaced. -AC was so ancient it was noisy. -Windows so old and decrepit they rattled when vehicles passed. The fact that Sandman put their name on the place, they ought to be embarrassed. I could not even call this place a hole, that would be a step up from what it was in reality. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE AD PHOTOS; DO NOT STAY HERE!

The rooms are clean but not very soundproof. We were put up right outside the lobby and could hear everything all morning starting around 6am. There are blackout curtains but no blinds and lots of light still comes into the room in the morning. Overall it was a fine stay, but a couple things to note if your picky about sound and light

AC worked perfectly, love me a chilled room. Our room’s carpet had some questionable stains and the tub could’ve used a proper deep clean, and there were smudges on surfaces. Bed sheets annd pillows were good. Overall was good though I guess for the one night we spent. But a deeper cleaning beforehand would be ideal to Cassidy my concerns

The room was fine But I did not intend to make the reservation. The price was higher than I wanted to pay. Then by the time I realized I had a reservation at Sandman it was too late to cancel without being penalized one nights stay. I had another reservation through Expedia that I had to cancel at a much lower price.

Ok, the pillows are soft, the sheets are clean. Everything else is pretty lacking - broken ice machine, poorly maintained property, shower is brutal, no hair dryer, bathroom seems like the door opens the wrong way so you can barely move in it, paint job looks like someone did it with their eyes closed.

Ok, first the good: the pillows are good, the sheets are clean. Now the rest, the bathroom is almost unusable, the showers must be 70 years old, it looks like someone painted with their eyes closed, there’s no blow dryer, the ice machine has clearly been broken forever.

AC not working properly, 33 degrees outside,wallpaper peeling, security chain on door broke,bathroom so small you had to squeeze beside the toilet to shut the door.

Good for a short stay. Comfortable beds.

The hotel hasn't been updated in a long time, and it has a strong unpleasant smell, especially in the rooms. We found two balls of used tissue under the blanket and popcorn on the floor, which made the room feel unclean. The bathroom was very small, and the bathtub was stained and marked. The only good thing was that we stayed for just one night.

Good hotel in Kamloops for a short stay. Staff are friendly and stay up late for people who have to check in late. Easy parking as well.
