The location is ok , but the charger is not near by the bed .

地點很好，到主要景點都很近。早餐很豐富，用餐環境舒適，可遠眺衛城。是ㄧ家值得再次光臨的旅館。

Mature couple with an autistic teen. We had fantastic time and was made to feel very welcome. Greeted at the door by concierge and fast check in. We had a beautiful suite which we could just afford in February. Everything you need with tea/coffee machine, minibar, complementary toiletries. King size bed and double bed settee. Beautiful quality bedding and towels. Great buffet breakfast in rooftop restaurant and bar which is over looking Acropolis. Small but adequate indoor pool with sauna. Only one change room which made life a little difficult. Waiting for changing room and cramped for 3 people. Outdoor pool looked lovely but not open in February. The hotel is in the foothills of Plaka. It is in a fantastic location ideal for everything. Lots of taverns, shops, nearby. Walkable to lots of touristy things, museum, Parliament building, main town. The staff were excellent and offered to book tickets, arranged taxies and helped with directions to places and provided maps. We will definitely be staying here again.

Fabulous hotel in a perfect location for sightseeing. The suite with balcony was great with a stunning view of the Acropolis. All the people who worked in the hotel were efficient, friendly and really helpful. We loved our day and would definitely go back. If you’re looking for a very comfortable hotel right in the centre of ATHENS, this is definitely the one to book.

O café da manhã é muito bom, com um bom espresso doppio, e variedade de comidas. A localização do hotel é excelente. O staff é ótimo, sempre dispostos a ajudar com destaque para a Sofia do frontdesk que me deu ótimas sugestões. Meu quarto era um pouco pequeno, mas nada que incomodasse.

Breakfast, beds and view from the rooftop terrace was lovely. Staff were great as well. Room noise from being close to the elevator and stairs was a challenge for a restful sleep. Constantly sounded like someone was scratching at the door.

スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。 タクシーのアレンジも丁寧でしたし、出先で忘れ物をしたと伝えたら、電話をかけてくれて、とても親切でした。 このホテルを拠点に、メテオラやサントリーニに旅行したので、連泊は2日だけでしたが、計4泊しました。 場所は、プラカにあり、お土産屋さん街にも近いし、アクロポリスまでも、歩いて行ける便利なところです。 ただ、宿泊料金の割には、バスタブがある部屋に当たったことはなく、途中でバスタブのある部屋にして欲しいとリクエストしましたが、同じ価格帯にはなく、差額料金を払うと言っても、空いていないと言われました。 一度だけ、アクロポリスがみえるバルコニー付きの部屋になったことがありましたが、それでも、バスタブはありません。 また、隣の騒音がよく聞こえます。 そのあたりの施設面は、少し、残念に思いました。

タクシーのストライキを事前に知らせてくれて、空港でのピックアップサービスをアレンジしてくれたのは、本当に助かった。 時間の変更も含めて、3度くらいはやりとりをした。このコンシェルジュのサービスは、素晴らしかった。 その他、ホテルのスタッフの対応は、大変、素晴らしかった。 それに対して、客室の設備は、お部屋の料金に比べて、あまりよくなかった。 ベッドが２つではなく１つだったのもつらかったが、何よりも困ったのは、風呂桶がなかったことだ。このクラスのホテルで、シャワーしかないというのは、残念でしかない。日本人は、風呂桶を好むので、このホテルを選ぶ場合には、シャワーしかない可能性があることに、注意が必要だと思う。

Super luxury . Amazing staff and the breakfast is out of the ordinary . Majestic view from the restaurant at the 8th floor and also the rooms . Rooms are big , clean bathroom is super staff is great and almost takes care of every request . Pool and spa is also amazing the location is perfect . Could not have asked for a better hotel. My whole family just loved it .
