Booked and paid in advance. Staff with initial RB is really nice and gave me parking pass and knew I already paid. However, since I arrived early than 4pm check in time, have to comeback to check in later. Another staff seems did not know I paid. I was charged again at a lower rate (foubd out from credit card statement two fays later) and gave a room already occupied by someone. Then got another room with dirty carpet, light bulb outtage and shower head spred watereverywhere. Called them to get.the seond credit card charge back. Except the aformentioned experience, locarion is fine and lots of parking space.

Should have been better if they provide Fridge and Microwave in unit itslef

Great location for the music festival we attended, it was literally next door! Walking distance to a bunch of restaurants nearby. Neighbourhood seemed clean and safe. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean..white linens, old colourful carpet, not a great pillow but overall good option to sleep! Side note re: the area and for any late night munchies you may have..we couldn't for the life of us find a snack vending machine or a convenient store closeby so we ended up at Embassy suites which charges $6.30 for a twix bar and the starbucks in there charges $2-3 more per item, so stay clear of that hotel unless you like paying that kind of $!!

Nice motel, no view of falls despite the name but not far to walk and is close to many restaurants. Good parking lots.

This is our third visit in which the tv does not work.

There was no safe in the room, so I was afraid to leave my things there. Later, around 1:30–2:30 AM, people in the neighboring room were fighting and screaming nonstop.

The TV had no signal, and the a/c didn't run true to temp reading, but the staff was great, prices were resonable for the area close

Staff always nice. Pool too cold unfortunately was missed.

Room wasnt ready by 4...starting to look dated...wall paper peeling off the wall and the inside hallways were super hot and had a stale smell. Counter service was decent--although some of our group couldnt pay with cash...we did so not sure...

Stayed at the property three years in a row so we were familiar with the property but since new ownership took over they cancelled a lot of our teams reservations and had stains on the carpets and unclean bathrooms. Won’t be back

Great for visiting the falls

TV did not work. Advised front desk. Asked for parking to be waived in lieu of TV working upon check out, front desk clerk said would ask 'management' when they came in later in the day. Never heard anything. Got charged $20 still. Not pleased.

On 8/16/25, I drove 10 hours from Connecticut to Niagara Falls, Ontario, to be with my family for a medical emergency. I needed to get to the hospital ASAP. After leaving the hospital, I checked into your hotel for a one-night stay, and, exhausted, went to bed immediately. In the morning, while rushing to get back to the hospital, I discovered there was no hot water. When I called the front desk, I was told the water system had broken the day before, and a repairman had been called. The staff member's comment, "You know those guys, they never tell you when they're coming to fix things," was unhelpful and unprofessional. I was extremely upset that I was not informed of this issue at check-in. While I understand that things can break, it's unacceptable that I wasn't given the opportunity to make an informed decision about whether to stay at your hotel. The lack of hot water was a significant problem, especially given my long journey. There were also other issues that made my stay uncomfortable: a large stain on the floor and a broken radiator that made the room uncomfortably hot and forced me to use the air conditioner to regulate the temperature These reasons, particularly the lack of hot water, greatly detracted from my stay.

Staff good, ac in my first room was noisy and no cooling, no hot water, they putted me in other room, little better, but no hot water. Carpet need attention, a lot of stains, trash in the stairs face tk the back.
