The hotel's valet parking made me wait for two hours. I reported this to the manager, but the manager handled it very poorly and there was no result.

Great water pressure and nice and hot. No fan in the bathroom though so room got a bit steamy

I was very disappointed with my recent stay. There was visible mold in the bathroom and vents, which caused me to get sick. The check-in process was extremely frustrating—long lines, only 1–2 staff members at the desk, and unhelpful attitudes. We were told to return later because our room wasn’t ready, and when we came back hours later, we had to wait in another long line just to receive our keys. On top of that, charging a fee per bag to hold luggage felt unreasonable, especially since this should be a complimentary service for guests. I’ve stayed at many Marriott properties before and always felt the quality and service matched the brand’s value. Unfortunately, this location did not meet that standard at all.

The room that we originally had smelled like cigarettes the staff member quickly changed our room and had someone investigate. The hotel is in a great location easy to walk to many destinations and food. The only reason why I didn’t give full stars was because they automatically charge a fee of $121 for things that we didn’t use.

I like this hotel very much! I traveled with my two daughters 12 and 18 and we were able to move around very easily. Safe and quiet

We travel often for work and a clean, quiet, centrally located place to recoup is essential. We had a basic room and it was comfortable, clean, best shower pressure ever, a minimal design, good size for NYC. A high quality professional lobby and bar made business meet ups possible and comfortable. All the staff are excellent, helpful and courteous from the doorman, concierge, desk staff, wait staff and the Manager.

This was the worst stay of my life. Summer in NY is already quite hot and the air conditioning wasn’t working. I understand when things break and are out of your control. I do not understand when management continually lies about coming to help over 12 hours, making us wait and thinking that there is going to be a remedy. There were other issues as well, but this was the most egregious. I travel a lot and am a Gold Bonvoy Member, but I will NEVER stay here again. Don’t lie to me.

The staff is great & the hotel is second to none . Being originally from NYC, when I come home I like my whole NYC experience - delis, Central Park, hot dogs & Broadway etc and the Lexington is the best location

I enjoyed my stay here, checking in was easy and our room was nice. We were also a couple minutes away from Grand Central so it made traveling a lot easier.

The Hotel was Iconic, the front staff was thin probably due to the holidays.
