I like the new pool furniture and needed umbrellas also added dining tables and chairs on the pool deck. The property is well kept!!

The staff was friendly and courteous, however the hotel is a little dated. At check in, the toilet in the room was not clean as the person who used it, sprinkled on the seat, luckily, I had cleaning agent to clean the seat. The sink in the kitchenette was dirty, the sink appearred coffee stained with a sugar packet paper in the sink for the entire 3 days stay. I did not used the kitchen. The bed was made on a daily basis, breakfast each morning, limited food selections, the same thing served each morning.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. We also loved the bar area and the bartender was very friendly during the happy hour!

Staff is remarkably thoughtful and caring. Specifically Madison and Ricky at the front desk. Jolie the bartender I experienced a hardship and all three of these workers were there to support me and care for my needs.

Espectacular mi estadía de 5 días con mi familia la atención divina la señorita Emily q hablaba español muy bien del from dea muy atenta , un hotel para descansar ir en familia lo repetido sin duda alguna fuimos por 3 noches y nos kedamos 2 noches más , tiene el desayuno incluido con mucha variedad muy amplio , tiene un happy hut diario de 5 a 6:30 donde por personas tienes 2 bebidas free del k desees mmy ponen acompañantes para picar varia diario fritos secos ,vegetales , galletas con pasta , las habitaciones muy buenas con agua caliente el aire enfría muy bien y la limpieza te la hacen diaria sin duda lo repito 👌🤗🤗🤗🤗

Great family experience

The properties in a high congested area, but a lot of traffic and exhaust. There are a few shady characters in and around the property, but for the most part, don’t bother you.

Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Everyone was friendly. Did not like that we were charged $7 for parking. We were not told that beforehand.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel was clean and they offered extra amenities.

It was nice that the hotel was so close to the Busch Gardens parks and that there was a shuttle to the parks but the breakfast buffet was often out of items, the phones in the room could not call the front deak, the room service did not deliver and the staff were rude when we tried to order room service.

Had a great full breakfast. Convenient to the airport and rental cars
