Anyone I encountered at the front desk was always very friendly and helpful. We entered into a clean and tidy room. The walls seem paper thin though and you can hear a lot of what’s going on in the halls (people talking, doors slamming). I don’t believe our mini fridge was working at all during our stay. It didn’t feel cold at all. The ventilation also didn’t seem that great in our room - it was humid sometimes upon entering. It was nice that breakfast was offered and that there was a variety of food (sausages, scrambled/hard boiled eggs, French toast, pancakes, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, cheese sticks, yogurt, toast, bagels, muffins, oranges, apples, juices) though the quality wasn’t the best and the coffee tasted like cardboard. I thought all of that was minor though and still enjoyed my stay with friends.
