I'm purchase the room with breakfast but they keep asking me to pay for my breakfast, the amenities is not complete, hotel is smelly.

The room was okay as shown in the picture. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The place is considered strategic as it is near a tram/train station and Circular Quay as well. But seriously, you need to improve on the elevator/lift management. Yes, there was information about peak hours and apologies for the delay and all, but wasting 50 min just to get down to the lobby was unacceptable. Overall, it was a nice hotel to stay in.

Awesome view. Good location and excellent service from the staff. However, the lift was too old for the current era. Takes long time to wait if you stay on a higher floor.

Untuk hotelnya bagus dan sangat strategis lokasinya dan menu-menu breakfastnya sangat enak. Tapi untuk service kebersihan kamar sangat lambat, tunggu di calling dulu baru respon.

The staff was very helpful, the location is perfect. You can go to the circular quay and nearby shopping mall.

The hotel is very good and within proximity of Circular Quay, however, finding affordable food around the hotel for dinner is a challenge apart from fast food outlets.

I book family room for 4 people but the bed was not enough big for us. anyway clean and breakfast was good. many choices. taste good.

Sangat menyenangkan. Dari jauh staf concierge melihat saya menyeret-menyeret koper langsung datang dan membantu. Proses check-in lancar hanya menunjukkan ID, tidak perlu voucher. Saya datang masih pagi dan resepsionis mengirimkan suma saat kamar siap. Sangat dekat dengan circular quay station, the rocks, opera house. Kalau capek bisa bolak balik hotel istirahat dan pergi lagi.

Hari ke 2 minumnya di kamar tidak di berikan lagi. Jadi harus minta-minta. Lalu gigi palasu saya tertinggal di samping wastafel, tapi tidak ada respon. Lalu 1 hari kemudian saya datangi lagi, saya tanyakan karena kebetulan saya masih di Sydney. Di bilang tidak ada. Kalau ada akan langsung di email. Tapi tidak di email sampai detik ini. Padahal pasti terlihat. Memang kecil hanya 2 gigi. Secara umum pelayanannya kurang ramah.
