Stayed here many times, love the atmosphere.

Even during the last days of construction, the hotel was comfortable, like a classic hotel should be. Staff was personable and very attentive. My family was in Ottawa for a memorial, and we were all booked onto the same floor, and each room had a personal note of condolence, chocolates and fresh flowers. We were all very moved and very impressed by this thoughtfulness. Bartenders, waiters, bellhops and front desk staff really paid us attention, and made us feel very welcome. The remodeling is turning out very nice, too!

Staff were very helpful and positive. Accomidation was clean and tidy and the resteraunt food was amazing!

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, and super friendly staff. Shout out to Amanda at front desk who checked us in, wished my son happy birthday, upgraded our room to accommodate a pull-out bed with no issue, and then surprised us later with a beautiful and delicious cheesecake slice on the house, for my son! He was overjoyed, thank you so much! Overall 10/10 stay.

Parking was so confusing and all of the streets are one way streets. The person at the front desk wasn't sure about parking options so I wasn't sure if I had parked somewhere I wasn't supposed to - and if my car would be there in the morning.

I loved the place though the renovation was taking a lot of its charm but it’s a matter of time before it gets back to excellence again.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was close to everything we needed. The on-site restaurant was reasonable.

Amazing!

I had a one night staycation with my two grandsons. We made good use of the pool and were pleased to be provided with bathrobes and slippers to wear to and from swimming. We ate supper and breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel and both the food and the service were excellent. I’ll do this again next March Break, if not before!

Despite the building is under renovation, it looks old. Price was still good for what we got

Food was good, staff are friendly and eager to help. Only negative was how aggressively loud the plumbing is, could hear that someone in the room was clearly having issues the night we stayed.

Clean room and bathroom.

Good sized room. Clean and quiet. Pool could use a reno. Location is great. Breakfast is very affordable and tasty.

The hotel was nice but sated and was under major renovations during our stay. Staff were great. Restaurant was okay.

Wonderful place too stay

Hotel was great. Staff were very friendly. Check-in line was quite busy, but moved very quickly. The only available parking is the valet parking which was kind of expensive but as 2 women travelling alone, we thought it was worth it than trying to find public parking. Great location. A very easy walk to Ottawa University, as well as Bayward market. You can almost see the mall from the hotel.! I would recommend this hotel.
