Friendly staffs. The room is next to street so a little noisy from 7 a.m. to 21 p.m.

The hotel is quite old, though, service is fine.

The room was dark but clean. We had an issue with the toilet door and we were there for 2 nights. They could not get someone sooner. Location is good. Restaurant staff and food was good too, specially the Moroccon Harira soup.

La stanza era molto ampia con una bella vista panoramica sulla città. Bagno separato in due zona, una con il wc, l'altra con lavandino e doccia. Set di cortesia con bagnoschiuma, shampoo, lozione corpo, dischetti in cotone, cotton fioc, cuffia e cuabattine. Pulizia 8.5 su 10. Non ho usufruito della spa ma ho visto la piscina e mi ha ricordato un po' quella delle palestre. Colazione abbondante ma non è specificato di che cibi si tratta

Great pool.

Good location. Clean room but the beds are very hard as are the pillows so we didn’t have good sleeps.

They should have USB points near the beds and table The lighting should be more brighter The breakfast was very average

Bonjour Le problème quand on réserve par hôtel.com Et qu’on arrive à idou anfa on nous donne toujours des chambres un peu compliquer .cette fois ci on nous a donné la dernière chambre du couloir dont la fenêtre ne se fermait pas du tout quand on réserve directement par l’hôtel on nous donne des meilleurs chambre .notre avion a été décaler d’un jour il ne veulent pas rembourser .ils ont dit que c’est hôtel.com qui doit rembourser .bref

Hotel Limpo e organizado. Único ponto negativo foi a falta de disponibilização de Ar Condicinado. Perguntei a recepção o que estava acontecendo pois não consegui ligar o ar do quarto. Me falaram que no inverno é primavera eles desativam o Ar condicionado. Me falaram que se eu estava com calor era só abrir a janela. Pois bem tive que dormir com a janela aberta ao som do trânsito de casablanca. Barulho insuportável de buzina e motores de motos.

I was so happy with my stay in Idou Anfa. The staff was wonderful and hospitable Everyone greeted me with genuine kindness from the moment my taxi dropped me off. My room was perfect and had all I needed and even a great view. I will absolutely stay again! The location is excellent and you can walk to anything you want or need . It’s for me the prime locaton in the heart of Casa. Thank you all the management team and staff for being rigorous about all the details that matters .

Le séjour s’est très bien passé et le personnel est très agréable. Boubker le concierge m’a été d’une grande aide pour trouver un taxi pour une recherche que je devais faire en dehors du centre ville. Gizlane a l’accueil était très professionnelle. Chambres impeccables mais oreillers trop gros et trop durs! On a eu chaud la première nuit car clim ne marchait pas mais sinon on a super bien dormi et bon emplacement
