Wonderful experience! The Hotel DuPont is a lovely hotel that harkens back to the Gilded Age! Very well maintained with a friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is very good (and elegant) and it is walking distance to all the fun bars and restaurants on Market Street.

Housekeeping came by around 930am We told them we would be leaving around 1030. They really never came back. We saw someone who gave us towels but that was it.

This hotel has long since passed its prime! It's probably the only so-called 5-star hotel that charges $437.90(incidentals) for a single night's stay! What a scandal!

Elegant updated historic hotel in good location. Spacious room and bathroom.

They didn’t even check if room upgrade was available. And parking situation was not good

Amazing stay for college graduation. The restaurant was great and accommodating. The bar was superb.

The property was overpriced given the condition of the bathroom. It had not been updated since the 80s. Plus the maid staff was not as professional as you want when staying in a $600 plus a night hotel.

Manager was an absolute nasty person. When my room key didn’t work I went main desk was politely telling a desk worker the key wasn’t working and she was helping. The manager I believe Liesha came out and waved her hand at me like I was dog. I asked if I did something wrong and she began berating me in public saying I talked to her staff badly. I did not the clerk was nice and i was nice back. The manger was nasty rude and would not stop then walked away slaming a wall door behind the counter. Ruined my trip….and night. Sad indeed.

Very easy and relaxing . Was our 53rd wedding anniversary. Restuarants were close by and excellent food

I had the best night sleep than I have had in such a long time. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

Dated rooms dated bathrooms needs to be updated. Breakfast area was nice.

The property was outdated for being a 5 star hotel. Wallpaper was peeling off, dirt on the floor, tub wouldn’t drain - rooms were nothing special. We stayed here for a wedding. The ballroom and common areas were fabulous, so much history. If you look past all that if you are staying at the hotel, it isn’t great. They are charging far too much for what you get!

This is an upscale old hotel with a great restaurant and bar. Love staying at the DuPont while in Wilmington.
