Stay was great. Nothing to say thats negative. If i ever come back through, I'd be happy to stay there again

The staff contiguous be polite and helpful with their guests-even as it got to be chaotic

the staff was very helpful and courteous in getting us moved to another room. They were also very accommodating in the lounge as our large family gathered there after the honor flight. Thanks to all of you.

Clean, quiet, and friendly staff. Just what I needed. Location near UKY as well.

This hotel seems to be brand new. It has beautiful decor and it was spotless. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Very Disappointing stay. Fire Alarms went off at 1:30am with absolutely no direction Pool was down. Bathrooms are so small. Breakfast was horrible and there was absolutely no food at 930am. No eggs, potatoes, waffle mix, bread etc. Never even bothered to eat breakfast the next day. The afternoon front desk guy was helpful. Voiced our concern for a less than stellar stay. This was the worst Hampton Inn I have stayed at.

Trip started off delayed by a day after we got to facility we also discovered the date change we made to extend a day also was not shown at hotel though I had confirmation on phone then discovered pool was closed for repair (I need for therapy).Stayed 1 night out of 3 .

Good breakfast and nice breakfast staff. Pool closed. We had to slam our room door to get it to shut, Garbage on floor in room. We stayed for several days. Came back to the room at 9:30PM one evening and our room door was open. ((Had left at 8 AM.) Spoke with front desk staff who stated it was probably housekeeping who keeps the room doors open as they don’t have a key fob for all the rooms while they are working. What? Why still open at 9:30PM? We had our luggage/jewelry/electronics in the room but nothing seemed to be missing.

Elevator was not working. My husband and I were on the 3rd floor. He is not suppose to be lifting heavy bags, etc, let alone trying to get our bags up and down 3 flights of stairs. Water flow in sink in our room was very inadequate and slow. The men’s bathroom downstairs was out of order. The pool was being worked on. The water fountain downstairs also out of order. Not a good stay.

Location was excellent. Hotel was very clean.

Staff was friendly & helpful. Pool wasn't available due to needing repairs. No small freezer in the refrigerator, so we had no way to refreeze our keep cold packs for our cooler.

Check-in was fast and service was excellent. The indoor pool was not in service as they were doing updates to the pool area. In the room I reserved, there was a water leak in the barhroom ceiling supposedly not coming from the room above me but traveling from somewhere else in the building. They immediately came and temporarily took care of the leak. With only one night left, I opted out of moving everything to another room. The location is well lit up and was in a safe area. I opted out of breakfast everyday as I don't normally eat breakfast, but from what I saw I would've skipped anyway. The dark roast coffee was good (that's the important thing).

The property was in a good location. However, we found out the pool had a leak the evening we came. So the pool was closed and no refund or partial refund was given. We have a 2 year old, the pool was one of the main reasons we wanted this hotel. Very disappointing. The bathtub had a hole in the fiberglass and it was covered with a sticker, and the electronic blinds in the room did not work. It was quiet and convenient but a few things need work!

Das Personal war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war eine absolute Katastrophe, wie dreckig und rostig. Das Hotel entsprach keinem Hilton Hampton. Das Zimmer war dreckig und die Jalousie war durchlöchert und mit Klebeband repariert. Das Frühstück war auch nicht so gut, vieles war alle.

Staff was exceptional and helpful. Room was clean. Just a great experience. Thanks.
