Great hotel and service

Et ualmindeligt dejligt hotel. Der er styr på det hele. Med fantastisk sødt, imødekommende og venligt personle. Det ligger centralt og meget tæt på alexanderplatz

Air conditioning was not working, I called front desk they couldn’t do anything since they stated there was no technician available, I was told to eat next day and still same, it was a very hot days and I’m really upset the the amount we paid and had very bad experience. As soon as we walked in to the room the soap was empty couldn’t take shower and we were 3 of us and there was only two towels. Really really bad experience.

Well situated newly rebuilt/refurbished to a very high standard. Rooms a little compact but fair value for money. I would return.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Berlin. Trotz kleiner technischer Problem im Bad, die leider erst kurz vor der Abreise behoben wurde, war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr gelungen. Vielen Dank an das Team für die schönen vier Tage! :)

Hade en del flugor på rummet. När de väl var undanröjda helt, dag två var det bra.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. I loved everything about it. The spa area is awesome, the breakfast, the location, everything was great!

Fint hotell med perfekt läge mitt i stan. Lyxigt men ändå avslappnat. Tysta rum och bekväma sängar. Riktigt bra frukost. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Städningen var dock lite slarvig.

Nossa chegada ao hotel foi realmente especial graças à atenção com que fomos recebidas pelo Rafael. Atencioso, educadíssimo e nos deu muitas dicas valiosas da cidade! Uma menção especial à ele. Tudo no hotel está ótimo: localização, limpeza, atendimento e um café da manhã maravilhoso. Voltaria sem dúvida!!

Check in was very slow as not many desks. The room was lovely, the bar was very nice and had a big screen and seating area to watch World Cup games. The room had air con which was lifesaver in the heat. The location was amazing, right by the DDR museum, museum island, close to train/underground stations, shops, cafes and bars. Small warning- the still water at the bar restaurant is 9€!!

O hotel é lindo. Tem uma arquitetura bem interessante. A cama é muito confortável. Havia água, cafe e chá disponíveis todos os dias. A localização é imbatível. Ao lado da ilha dos museus, próximo da estação de trem. Excelente local para se estar quando visitar Berlim.

Bra hotell överlag. Trist var att personalen inte hade ordning på sin interna kommunikation vilket ställde till det.

Fik ikke den værelsetype vi havde bestilt og betalt for. Pænt og rent men lille værelse. Utrolig meget støj i receptionen. Morgenmaden var ganske ordinær trods pris. Intet var som man burde kunne forvente på et 5 stjernet hotel. Henning N Denmark
