帝國酒店是一座極具歷史的建築物，酒店大致維持一定風格建築，環境清靜優美，有足夠車位提供旅客停泊收費合理。 唯大堂兩座電梯有一座經常停用，有一定程度影響。

I like the imperial hotel it is nothing special but the beds are clean rooms are clean and I like the bar and staff do there best .

Well. It’s an old beautiful building that is in desperate need of updating. It’s very tired in places. In its heyday I’m sure this was an amazing hotel but the owners need to re invest to bring this back to life. All in all it’s value for money and guess the clients that they attract aren’t so bothered. Overall Blackpool needs a complete makeover everywhere. Lots of dead boarded up hotels and properties.

Come for just the night. What a beautiful hotel,had deluxe Seaview room. I was cleaned very well. Checkin was easy they was about 10 minutes to wait to be booked in which is normal on a Monday. Had nice breakfast well organised serving area and seating area. My lad was abit loud but staff was understanding due to him beeing autistic. I love the history this place it absolutely shows it threw pictures in hotel Only downside is the rooms furniture needs replacing its abit outdated. But apart from that we did enjoy ourselves and will definitely be back again. Keep up the hard work..

Staff really helpful. Arrived early and the room was ready. There wasn't any spare toilet roll and the roll was nearly empty.

Staff are under so much pressure. 1 member of staff on reception each check in took at least 10/15mins the qué was out the door. House keepers had so much to do and so little of them. If there was more staff it would be perfect but the staff are so miserable because of the pressure they are under! GET MORE STAFF!!!

Took nearly an hour to check in!

Lovely old hotel in a great location with a Sean view out the front and tram stop virtually on the doorstep. We only stayed b+b but the food we had was really nice. A bit chaotic at breakfast time but it is a large hotel and they do warn you about peak times so you're you know what to expect in advance. The room was comfortable. Nice clean beds and bathroom but there were 2 items of rubbish on the floor (a sweet wrapper and a golden egg from the arcade) which were there for the duration of the stay. However, the staff were lovely, very polite and helpful if needed (we didn't need them but saw other guests that did and they were great with them). I think my only slight criticism would be that you were left waiting at the bar alot. They could see you standing there but carried on cleaning or filling fridges. Don't get me wrong, as someone who has worked in a few bars, I know these things need to be done but if you have people waiting, you either serve them or at least acknowledge them and let them know you will be with them ASAP which they didn't do. Oh and for information, there is parking at the hotel but it is £14 a day and you have to register on the machine at reception and fill in the paperwork too. Anyway, overall, I've left what I think is my honest review. It's a good hotel in a great location and yes, I would absolutely stay here again.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmertür klapperte, die Schranktür ebenso, wenn das Fenster geöffnet war. Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nur eingeschränkt. Das Bett war groß und bequem. Das Obst am Frühstücksbuffet wurde nicht nachgelegt und der Black Pudding sowie der Bacon waren hart und kalt. Insgesamt eine negative Erfahrung!

Was lovely hotel and staff were fantastic only issue was sink in bathroom kept overflowing like drain or pipes under sink was blocked but other than that was very happy

Painfully slow and inefficient check-in. Told booking had been merged but keycard deactivated after first night, waited inordinate amount of time for card to be activated again. Poor customer service.

Receptionist was new but clearly such a naturally kind person, courteous and extremely helpful. Room was clean and tidy, bargain 👌 nothing to complain on at all.

Worst experience ever and still waiting for my refund. Took almost two hours to check in - when we got to the room it was soo tired, shabby - rusty taps etc in bathroom, stained bed sheets, thick dust around the room…boiling hot. Dogs barking in Neighbouring rooms. Immediately went to gain a refund as refused to stay as my family have allergies - not one manger on site, staff insisted they couldn’t refund only a manager. Told to email - two days later and still absolutely nothing. Paid £250 for two nights B&b which I did it use (family of four) and disgusting service. No staff and extremely tired hotel - DO NOT BOOK HERE

Very pleasant stay. Helpful staff and comfortable room.

Overall impressed with price and accommodation. Few niggles were shower curtain needed replaced it had mould on the bottom (those kinds of shower curtains are prone to that) and carpet in room was very worn and threadbare in parts. But room was very clean and otherwise great. Bar prices are as usual for hotels bit pricey so it did put us off staying for more than 1 drink. Liked our location and the old fashioned feel of the hotel, hope that doesn't change.
