Booked my room well in advance for 2 queen beds. Showed up and was given a king and a pull-out on their 'premium floor', which was no different whatsoever from the same room on any other floor. The rooms are average at best, but you pay a premium price. Dining room staff were helpful. Pool absolutely sucks. Would not go back. Glad it was only 1 night.

It was a bit noisy in our room we could hear one of our neighbours but overall it was a great stay

Only negative was parking.It was far to hotel entrance carrying a baby.

Receptioniste parle pas français, oreiller trop dure, chambre de bain trop petite, pour le prix élevé je m'attendais a plus a comparé au autre hotel moins cher ou j'ai déjà hébergé qui était mieux.

Great place to stay! Amazing staff

Beautiful hotel. No continental breakfast which I was surprised about based on pricing of hotel. Also, was woken up at 3am Saturday night due to a fire alarm. It was a frightening experience as I have never had that happen to me staying at a hotel.

The pull out bed we had in our room for my son had cookie crumbs all over the mattress also a child stuffed animal was still in the bed the bathroom was very clean and so was everywhere else . The room service food was good and staff was very friendly. Also there was no blankets for the pull out bed we had to ask front desk for them . For the price that the room was I would have expected better . The noise in the evening at 12 pm was rather annoying also people yelling for over a hour getting out of the elevator. Outside in the front entry there was a empty pack of cigarettes on the sidewalk almost in front of the front doors and a plate a empty beer can and a piece of pizza left in middle of sidewalk right next to the front doors . For the money I had paid almost 500 bucks for one night I was not overly impressed

Nice staff at the reception . Pierre at the bar was really nice. The room was comfortable and with a nice Nespresso machine

une seule petite faute au tableau.....le Nouveau-Brunswick se dit la seule province complètement bilingue au Canada et certaine personne à la réception nous on dit , lorsque nous nous sommes adressés à eux en français....English please.....nous avons trouvé cela un peu ordinaire....les gens de la réception devraient être parfaitement bilingue.....

our only complaint was the elevator being out of order. it was long waits, crowded and we weren’t told early in our stay that the service elevator was available which would have made our lives much easier.
