Was clean. Pool area is getting tired. Feels like an older hotel. Good location. Staff were friendly.

Le personnel est très sympathique et gentil. Les petites attentions apportés comme servir de la limonade, du popcorn, des petits cornets de crème glacée. Le seul point négatif est qu’il mettait seulement 3 serviettes dans la chambre ( à chaque fois) alors que nous étions 4. Il fallait avertir la réception et en moins de 5 minutes nous avions une serviette de plus.

Great staff A 150 ft Waterslide amazing the kids love it and us adults love it too. Hotel is placed downtown Moncton close to everything and walkable so nice .

The staff were super friendly, our room wasn’t cleaned nearly as well as it should’ve been at check-in, I’m not sure the cleaning staff are doing a thorough job. The gym was OK but laughed a lot of nice new equipment. We were surprised to be charged for parking, in such a small town.

À 450$/nuit et avec les photos du site internet je m’attendais a beaucoup mieux. Forte odeur de vomi dans les corridors, bain 1980 très dangereux, tapis très usé dans les chambres et photos mensongères.

We had a nice stay! Served by friendly staff. The rooms were clean but need to be upgraded/renovated. Have bien a client for many years, and haven't seen rénovations in quite a while.

We visit Moncton about three times a year and stay at the Delta, our room was clean but old and the pillows need replacing. I would like to have been offered one of the newly renovated rooms. At breakfast we had a new waitress who despite my careful explanation of a food allergy did not communicate that to the kitchen. I double checked with a manager and she brought me a new meal addressing the allergy. I realize everyone has a learning curve but this could have been a serious incident.

The room was clean but was smelly like stinky feet. The coffee mugs are for nespresso. Impossible to make a decent cup of tea in the mini mugs Housekeeping did not replenish the tea or washed the mug and glass. Everything else was good. Beds are comfortable. Room was clean.

We had a bad experience with the staff during check-in, and at the restaurant as well. They refused to provide us with the services we were entitled to. It’s unacceptable to have to fight to get what we paid for. The employees we talked with were unwelcoming or seemed indifferent.
