the reception lady was so nice, and the gentleman as well. Sorry I forgot to ask their names, but it was a great stay experience at this hotel. And they even let me a late check out. I am really appreciate this great help after a long drive from Toronto.

The pool was slimy Hottub didn't work Sauna was out of service. We had no AC complained with nothing. Not the cleanest same breakfast served daily.

Rooms were not clean, carpet was dirty, washroom' exhaust was not working, bed matteres were not good to sleep

Clean room, staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good but I kind of bacon lover no bacones... That this only thing I was little sad a out it. Otherwise was good.

Roof leaked in my room.

Room was not properly prepared upon arrival (no towels, bottles in shower empty). Hotel is in need of an update, many items broken or looking sad. There was some sort of water issue above us, although inconvenient the staff were quick to respond. Breakfast was very empty, we had to ask if they were bringing out more food and they seemed surprised they hadn’t thought of that themselves.

Very clean, spacious rooms. Staff were friendly and responded quickly to any requests.

Shower is a very important for any guests. This shower was giving me very little water, and could not wash off soap from my body.

Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, and our room was kept clean and well maintained. We also appreciated the added sense of security provided by the key card access required to reach the guest room floors. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was a comfortable size. The pub on the main floor had a great atmosphere, with stylish décor, a welcoming ambiance, and attentive staff. The complimentary breakfast offered a good selection of food and was enjoyable overall. However, during busy periods, the staff were a little slow to replenish the food trays, which resulted in guests having to wait for certain items. The only suggestion I would make to improve the overall guest experience would be to update the carpeting in the hallways. The carpets were wavy and uneven in places and appeared somewhat dated. Refreshing them would enhance the overall appearance and quality of the hotel. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again.

There are mouse going left and right at the entrance. And we got bed bugs bites. The hotel it self without the mouses and beg bugs is 4 out of 10 max!
