When we arrived our room was not clean at all and missing items in the kitchenette. The bathroom was really dirty. The cupboards were all worn. The smoke alarm battery went off and had to follow up several times to get someone to fix it. There were stains on the wall throughout the place. There was not any hot water to shower and no proper communication on when it was getting it fixed until our last day. When the hot water was fixed the hot water went out again and no communication once again. The gym had equipment that was broken and there were no disinfectant wipes to clean when worked out.

Nice room and hotel

The property was nice, rooms were nice but we had no hot water during our stay. I understand that there can be plumbing issues beyond your control but was very disappointed in the way the staff handled it . 2x I had to call about the issue and not once did the staff reach out proactively to let people know.

The staff was not amazing. Adequate at best. The maintenance man was quite friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was broken in the bedroom and couldn't get it working. The front desk was not helpful but sent help. They were unable to help and had to go buy a fan so the room was not boiling hot as the ac unit was blowing hot air. Sucks that we spent over 300 to have a uncomfortable night

The property has clearly had a remodel but the bathroom doesn't seem to be all that upgraded just more or less a face lift. Other than that the stay was good

Good location, surrounded by lots of eateries. And very modern interior.

The room was well maintained. Staffs are very welcoming, they even gave our baby daughter a souvenir from the hotel.

great place to stay, bed was super comfy. Only downside was homeless in the parking lot

So we booked last minute because of the fires. They’ve renovated which is nice. The infrastructure lets them down - lots of up and down and around. Room is clean and decent. Washroom barely fits one person at a time. Slow shower and no ventilation. Need to add more shampoo/conditioner etc for 4 ppl staying in a room. I would stay here again if I absolutely needed to but next time I think I’d put in the extra $50 and stay somewhere newer. The staff is amazing - all trying their best.

I stayed in the tower for 4 nights. My room has seen better days. The cupboards in the kitchen were in desperate need of attention. The dish tray was dirty. The sink had stains. The bath tub looked dirty too. But the bedroom was comfy. The pool smelled so singly of chlorine

Good location, great pool and hot tub

The first floor is the pool deck and it’s below the main level which smells like rancid overdue milk. Around the property was litter and garbage, needles and narcan Kits, back packs. The rooms need a refresh and the AC needs to be cleaned

The room was beside the pool and really awkward to get to with all our stuff as we had to take stairs. Plus our patio opened right to the pool so no natural light and had to keep the blinds closed all the time. We weren’t in our room that much but definitely would have liked a different room. Room was clean and comfortable though at a good price

Clean room

The A/C unit was loud and didn’t work great in our room. We were overlooking the pool which I thought was the renovated side but the bathroom was run down looking with cracked tiles in the shower. The fridge/microwave area was small and crammed next to the bathroom which was also small. Minimal parking. Pool area was decent and location was convenient. Would not stay again though.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning unit in our room was very loud and hard to regulate. It was very cold at times and hard to bring the temperature to a proper level. The exhaust in the bathroom was loud too. Bathroom tub was very old. Grout was black.
