It was a bad experience, personnel had a bad attitude. The hotel states is family oriented but we could not reserve a dinner, because kids under under 13years are allowed. We asked if they could make an exception but they did not. We will never be going back

Habitación muy limpia, Colchones y almohadas deliciosos para descansar. Personal muy atento, servicial y eficiente. Desayuno buffet muy rico en El Palmar. Restaurante Delfines para comer también muy rico. Excelente opción pesca del día.

Breakfast was great. Friendly staff. Dinner was ok. Bars closed early other than one. Not much entertainment.

The pictures made this place look like a paradise. When we arrived a decided to upgrade the stay to include all inclusive. Big mistake the drinks were weak and the food lacked flavor and was over cooked, dry , hard and so on. The room smelled of mildew Iit was coming from the air conditioner and the light over the sinks had several dead bugs visibly in them. I have stayed at all inclusive hotels and this one was a waste of my hard earned money.
