La habitación me agrado, tenia bonita vista, si vale la pena el todo incluido. La recepcionista Isabel super profesional y explico todo con claridad. Fernando de bar de alberca atento y Mirna super atenta al llevarnos las bebidas

Nunca me había pasado que me cobraran las toallas que otra persona me agarraron cuando tenía reservada un camastro y pedí que me revisaran cámaras y resulta que no tenían cámaras en esa parte, que mal rato me hicieron pasar

Excelente variedad de comida, buenas comodidad en la habitación como en las albercas y los restaurantes

No hot water, outdated furniture, rooms are kinda what to be expected cheaper stays look much better in the room than these

When I arrived they asked me for proof of identity(CURP) for my kids it was never stated that I needed that during the reservation. My kids don’t have a CURP since they are not Mexican citizens. They decline to check us in without any proof had I known this I would have brought something but wasn’t aware. Our second part of group was checked in same situation but had no problem checking in. Very inconsistent. Also our group we booked on one reservation 2 rooms and we weren’t even close to gather at all. I asked if we could be on the same floor we were traveling together and would like to be near and the very coldly and bluntly stated they are completely booked and couldn’t accommodate. After check in we went to lunch taco bar and they had 2 choices of meat chorizo and 1 other one option I think chicharrón. And were “out” of the 6 other options. If they know they have people checking in and arriving why wouldn’t they be prepared for people to arrive and eat. I was okay fine it is what it is but then I over heard the server asking for tacos for a guest and the chef making the tacos went off saying damn again that man already came by to get tacos and went off saying bad words referring to the man. My whole group heard it including my kids. It was unacceptable behavior. We didn’t need to hear all that. We were never informed of the daily activities or the children’s club at all and I think my kids would have like to participate in the activities.

Habitaciones muy muy antiguas, cortinas de mala calidad, mobiliario deteriorado y en mal funcionamiento. El Personal hace su esfuerzo pero necesita inversión en instalaciones

The staff was great and very friendly. Beautiful place. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious but the other meals were so/so. The cocktails weren’t the greatest in my opinion but the service was really excellent. I didn’t try the restaurants on the property but there were a few and others right beside the hotel that we enjoyed. Overall an amazing experience. Would go again for sure.

Beautiful place . We were happy because we had access to a private pool , adults only. But we regret to say that the food was very expensive and not good at all . We had to go out to eat every day . But everything else was good.

Crean rooms. No Washington necedad. Stand Washington so friendo.

El hotel es hermoso en estructura pero han dejado su mobiliario caer y usan mobiliario como las sombrillas del mar, muebles de exterior y habitacion epoca de los 70's. Habitaciones amplias pero austeras al grado que no tienen una silla, banco o sillon dentro de esta (tan austera que ni jaladores hay en mobiliario ni closet!). Toallas viejas, rotas, percudidas ( y todavia dice el contrato que te hacen firmar que si no la regresas te la cobran como en otros hoteles!, ni regaladas! ).Sucios los manerales de las jaladeras del closet y muebles. Baño percudido. Carencia de elementos de limpieza con el personal del aseo, imaginense como limpiaran!!!. Mesa rota de terraza, 2 sillas basicas de plastico en la terraza. Lobby sucio (es la primera impresion!!!) y con mobiliario viejo. Albercas no se ve el agua limpia (como nata), dejaron meter a un señor con traje de baño y calzon!. Niños y mujeres con playera en la alberca (en vez de la playera que protege de uv especial). NO dejamos que los niños se metieran a la alberca!!.No hay camaras en los pasillos de las hsbitaciones. Si pasara algo de aqui a que fuera el personal!!!. El personal es amable pienso lo rescatable. Si promovieran y vieran los que administran el hotel el potencial que tiene y lo promoviera a un nicho de mercado nacional y extranjero con arreglo en mobilairio, toallas etc. Seria un hotel digno de presumir entre todos los de Mexico. Esa arquitectura no se ve y te hace sentir en Santorini. Es una lastima no volveria!

Ame este lugar! La atención es increíble

El hotel es muy bonito a pesar de los años lo siguen manteniendo bastante bien, la comida es muy rica, falta un lugar de snacks para medio día. La playa es muy tranquila, puedes nadar como si estuvieras en una alberca.

Agradable estancia , se sugiere mantenimiento del hotel , sin embargo sigue siendo un Hotel donde se puede descansar

Overall good property. Food was ok at best. Buffet did not have much choice. One of the two restaurants you need reservations for kids need to be 14 which feels a bit old. The other was a steakhouse, but steak was not included and you needed to pay extra.

Food was horrendous… thy have elevator jazz music playing while there is house music blasting at the pool and you hear them both together and it’s the worst thing ever
