I stayed 3 nights. I’m dependent on internet for my work and 2 of the three nights had no service. I paid over 500 for my stay and as compensation the manager credited me $25 of which part was tax. That’s an insult. If they can’t provide their services, as a company, they should offer commensurate compensation. I complained to corporate who could only offer points. I requested two nights worth of points. They credited me 16000 points assuring me that would cover two nights. In checking rooms at different comfort inns, one night is 23500 points. The lied to me and when I called back I got a stall that they’d have to investigate what the agent told me. Ask me if I’d stay at a comfort inn again if they don’t correct this. NEVER. I’ll also report it to the BBB and leave reviews of my experience on all social media sites.
