This hotel boasts a fantastic location, situated near shopping and dining options with easy access to various destinations. The hotel room is very comfortable as it is newly renovated at level 26. The hotel staff are all very attentive to my needs. However I am disappointed with the concierge service. During my 2nd day of my stay in the hotel, I wanted to visit amphawa floating market with my mom as I have not been there before. So I contacted the concierge to book for a driver to accompany me there and also drive me back hotel. However during 1.5 hours into the journey to amphawa market, I realized the driver was driving the opposite direction of where he's supposed to drive me. I asked the driver if he's driving to amphawa market, he kept answering yes. But the gps location on my phone is showing me another location. I was worried that I will get kidnapped by the driver during the last 20mins of the journey. In the end we arrived at damoen saduak market instead. Then the driver told me amphawa market is closed on Wednesday. So he drove me here instead. This was a waste of my 5hours travelling time and I still have to pay2000 baht to the driver for him to drive me to some place in middle of nowhere and back to hotel. This ordeal really ruin my entire stay in this hotel. I don't know what transpired between the concierge and the taxi driver for this incident to happen to me. The hotel management should seriously look into this issue as this concerns the safety and well being of the guests.

Great stay and receive pleasant services from bell boy to reception counter, convenient hotel with MBK shopping mall just next to it. Thank you Pathuwan Princess hotel. ☺.

The room look exactly like the photos, it actually exceeded my expectations. Very convenient area as well! Will definitely book again! Bed is huge.

Staff was friendly, housekeep my room well, quite a pleasant stay, reception staff was helpful in checking on my extended night request. Location is convenient as MBK is just next to it.

Very nice hotel, room was spacious and bathroom very nice. Staff were super friendly and assisted with everything we needed. The location is fantastic for eating and shopping, having hotel access to MBK mall and then walking distance to all the other great malls, BTS station and also great places to eat. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
