This is bit inconvenience location if you need to go into NYC, but overall it is very good.

The first person we spoke to at the reception was very nice. The other 2 less so.

The dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. There were only cookies, french fries and giant dustballs under the beds. Nobody ever vacuumed under the beds or cleaned under them. The room smelled Of alcohol from a prior guest spilling a red alcoholic drink on the carpet which was also not cleaned up. Nice hotel but the room was disgusting. Certainly not worth the $1,000 I spent for 4 nights. We couldn’t figure out the bad smell until we looked under the beds. As a Bonvoy gold member I am seriously dissatisfied and will request a refund immediately.

Great Hotel. A little on the pricier side but definitely one of the nicer hotels we've stayed at in the area.

Enjoyed our stay! Clean room, onsite Starbucks, easy to park and get to activities in the area.

Really nice property, staff was attentive and rooms were well kept, clean and extremely comfortable.

The last time we stayed, it was Loew's Glenpointe! and it has remained a top-notch, convenient hotel with a great room, amenities, and staff. We plan to make this our go-to hotel for trips back East.

Overall experience and stay is highly recommended. Had a great view from the room, staff was pleasant and displayed good inviting hospitality. Hotel also had a restaurant and Starbucks on the poperty if you didn't feel the need to venture out. I would most certainly recommend this place as your next stay whenever your in town.

Nice hotel

Internet was either out or very slow.

Great location however not worth the price. Service and food was excellent. The carpets in the hallways need to be updated. The AC units in the rooms need an upgrade. No microwave in rooms. In short, you can get better amenities for less somewhere else.

This was my third stay at this property. It is convenient to the places I'm planning to visit when I'm in NJ from California. The staff are always so pleasant and helpful. The Pancetta restaurant food is excellent!

Huge hotel with spacious rooms and great parking. Stayed here for a Yankees game and it was perfect.

Easy parking And there is a Starbucks adjacent to the property
