Great location, walking distance to restaurants and Old Quebec.

À proximité du vieux Québec. Chambre impeccable. Le restaurant Cochon Dingue est parfait pour un souper et déjeuner au rez de chaussé. Une excellente découverte.

We had a really nice stay. Breakfast is excellent at the cochon dingue and the view at the resto Ceil food was delicious. all in all we enjoyed our stay. We will book again.

Nous étions au 25 ieme, la propreté des passages laisse à désirer. En plus nous avions des voisins de chambre turbulent, on s’est fait réveillée vers 2 heures du matin, chicane claquage de porte etc,

Elevator line was crazy but other than that, it was a convenient location with beautiful view of the park and easy access to Quebec City.

Great service , room and location

Overall the room was fine, it was large, but the beds were small, and the bathtub was old, and the shampoo and conditioner were basically colored water. The hallways were dark, dated and damaged. The pool was fine, but the hot tub was cold and didn’t bubble, the guests also overfilled it and had little children in it. The gym was mostly old and broken equipment. The staff at the front desk were on, they were not the friendliest and when I came down with a complaint of a women and man in the men’s sauna having relations they did not care, and said that no one was in charge in the hotel on a Sunday. That being said the hotel was in a good location, an easy walk to the old city and the Citadelle.

Excellent location with a 2 min walk to grande Allee with its wide variety of bars and restaurants and lively atmosphere.Beautiful 360 revolving bar/restaurant at top of the hotel offering unique views of the city with reasonably priced beverages. was good enough for one day

La chambre était correct nous avions la chambre au 10 ieme étage et nous avions un lit très moi et inconfortable j’avais l’impression de dormir dans un cratère mais j’ai coucher à plusieurs reprises au Concorde mais cette fois c’était pas parfait

Malheureusement nous sommes restés pris dans l'ascenseur et l'hôtel à offert une compensation ridicule

A l'heure du soupé 15min attendre pour prendre l'ascenseur

I think they need to clean their windows and the plants outside need some attention

The bed was very good. But in the morning we find water on the desk… probably rom the ceilling. Not very good.

Chambre propre, mais quelques vielles tâches sur les draps des 2 lits, malheureusement la toilette et le bain ont refoulés. Nous étions sur notre départ donc pas vraiment grave pour nous !! La seul chose moins agréable le stationnement est un peu loin car celui sur place était plein! Il mouillait fort donc a prévoir !! Sinon tout le monde était agréable en gentil bon service !!
