The first room was gross and not maintained. There was hair in bed, mattress was stained and the shower had broken tiles and drain had black stains. The furniture was chipped and falling apart. There was splatter stains on walls and table. Second room wasn’t much better. Very gross would it stay again.

The location of the hotel is good and it is convenient to go anywhere.

excellent as usual

Stayed for one night but wish I could have stayed longer. I usually stay within the fortifications but I wanted to try something new. The view from my room was awesome--looking over old Quebec; the proximity to the Plains and the fortifications is great for a morning walk --and restaurants are outside the door (or in the lobby)!; the pool area is exceptional--I would like to keep it a secret. I spent the morning relaxing and swimming overlooking the park--truly slowing down my usual pace bc the facilities were so nice. AND FINALLY - a warm pool!!! The pool area is a little cold so after the swim I had to leave vs enjoying the pool chairs, etc. They have a shop on site for snacks- and other essentials--and a gift shop for last minute grabs. On site parking is great even if the garage takes some good driving skills to get into the parking spaces--and some body contorsions to get out of your car once parked. Overall - a great experience and can't wait to stay again.

Only complaints are the AC without remote and old fashioned shower head without handheld. However, water pressure was excellent. Restaurants on site were very good, particularly "couchon dingue". Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. While there were plenty of upscale joints, we did have ramen and lebanese take out sandwiches. There's also a Chinese restaurant, texas bbq and Subway around the area. Short walk to museum, Parliament, historic sites and old Quecec City. The park by the hotel was top notched. All in all, hotel was very nice and they city is tranquil and charming.

Pour commencer, j’aurais préféré ce courriel en FRANÇAIS !!! Autre point détestable est le service de valet qui est toujours interminable, car trop long à attendre !!! Il faudrait demander le véhicule et partir déjeuner au Cochon dingue pour enfin recevoir le véhicule. Aussi, quand vous êtes dans un voyage il y à beaucoup de bien précieux et non on ne veut pas un étranger avec nos clés. Le stationnement devrait être disponible pour les clients de l’hôtel et non pas seulement par valet !!! L’attente est interminable !!! Une. Simple vérification de la direction serait apprécié pour aider à l’expérience de votre hôtel !!!

Everything is a little old and dated. Carpets in the lobby were worn and a bit dirty. There was no mat in the tub so I ended up having to put a towel down so I wouldn’t slip. The ceiling in the bathroom had a 1 or 2 inch gap all the way around and the sink faucet leaked. The refrigerator wasn’t cold and the antiquated air conditioning was very noisy. The bed was very comfortable and there was a lot of clothing storage. The staff were fabulous, friendly and helpful but I don’t think I would stay at this hotel again.

Nourriture au ciel étais vraiment bon lit très confortable vraiment un beau séjour je recommande à tout monde qui veux venir visiter Québec seule négatif pas assez de parking pour l’hôtel donc fallu payer un surplus dans un parking random et a marcher pendant 10 min pour se rendre

First of all, only one staff member at the front desk reception at one time, there’s a line up of guests and if you have a quick question, you have to wait in that line because there is only one staff member at the front desk. Second, some people were not following the rules of the swimming pool, like drinking in the pool area, the staff came very late and were not strict with their rules Third, every hotel has water bottles in the room, when we asked for water as room service the front desk staff said they don’t give water, have to buy from vending machine in the lobby Fourth, the breakfast was very expensive, not included, I was told by front desk staff that if I don’t get any meat, the egg will be cheaper but when I ate the breakfast, the egg was for $20, not cheap at all. Lastly, we asked for late checkout like 2 hours after our original check out time, it cost us $200. Insane price for just 2 hours. Any hotel I stayed at, they give multiple little bottles of soap, and lotion, which this hotel did not provide. No lotion at all. Amenities were less. What I liked? The room floor (26th), the huge windows that covered the wall, beautiful view of the city and Lawrence River Room size was good (space) Fragrance of the hotel The swimming pool area was pretty and relaxing (Teresa and big windows), there was hot tub (that was a plus)

L'hôtel est au centre-ville, mais pas trop dans le bruit. La vue sur Québec était magnifique du 21e étage. Nous avons été visiter le Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec, à pied, à une dizaine de minutes de l'hôtel. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le restaurant tournant Le Ciel, les plats étaient excellents, j'ai savouré un de mets mets préférs, la pieuvre. Le restaurant Le cochon dingue était super pour les petits-déjeuners, personnel attentionné. Le service de valet pour l'auto était impeccable. Bref, un excellent séjour.

This hotel was in an excellent location and the staff was helpful and friendly. The valet parking attendant was so kind and helpful!
