Refrigerator was making noise in the night . Told the front desk to look into it and the noise was still there next day.

The issue at the check-in not having room ready due to staffing issues. Wasn’t able to get in until 3-4 hrs later Great location! Get the balcony room

Location was perfect. Very close to ferry terminal and the wharf. Our room needed a little help. Loose floor tiles in bathroom. Toilet on a severe slant. Floor badly sloped. Not sure if all rooms on that side of hotel could be sloped due to construction. Unfortunately for us the walking path outside the hotel along the water was temporarily closed for repair.

The room isn’t fancy, but the beds are comfortable, the room is quiet, overall very clean. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly

Nice location.

The Area is Beautiful! That must be the best place to stay in PA. You can just spend hours walking around the beach or riding bicycle, watching sea life and other wildlife and boats. The restaurant served us delicious breakfast and our room was clean and very spacious. The staff and people were very nice. We felt safe and welcomed. We even seen very friendly deers on the P.

Staff was great. The property and neighborhood has seen better days, but you can't beat the location close to the national park and on the waterfront.

The property had an easy route to the Black Ball ferry.

For $400/night I’d expect soft towels(not scratchy old washed 1,000 times), hot water (not barely lukewarm) soap (not one small tube of shower gel to be used for face, hands, and shower). Ok enough for a budget motel.

As part of the Expedia group company, I am not recommending this property. The level of cleanness is awful. This property needs update. The staff is not friendly and are also not helpful.

Nice rooms but they are too expensive considering the unattractive setting in the front. Very convenient to Hurricane Ridge. Very loud concert going on when we arrived.

Overpriced, room was dirty: pepsi bottle left in room, dirty towels left in bathroom. Bathroom tiles dirty, basically bathroom not updated with rest of property. Staff friendly, easy check-in. Very busy weekend!!

It's a nice place nearby the ocean. Best choice if you need to stay at Port of Angeles.

The hotel was good and for the area definitely one of the better hotels. Not really any amenities but it's on the water and it's clean. We were happy with it

The hotel has potential, but several details fell short of expectations. The shampoo and shower gel were only about a quarter full, and there were no tissues in the room. No breakfast available , restaurants only open at 4pm. At the pool, no towels were available, which was inconvenient. These issues may seem small on their own, but together they made the stay feel below the standard I was hoping for.

The location was great. The property was clean and the staff were pleasant.

Paid Las Vegas Strip rates for an old, tired motel. Too much parking lot and hallway noise. Very underwhelmed.
