Very clean!!!

Clean room, nice staff. Shower decent. Area so-so. Restaurants a short drive away. May be an onsite restaurant, we didn’t partake. The biggest complaint were: 1) that there was only one elevator so we had to park in back only to walk back to the front area for the fourth fl. 2) the hallways were extremely hot! The housekeeping staff were dripping sweat. 3) the room was just as hot. We cranked the AC but it took until evening before it cooled down. I will say it was 98 degrees out.

Very Clean Hotel Friendly Staff Safe Environment

On sept 14 we try to check out. There was a note at the counter saying I will return but we waited for over 30 minutes and no one showed up. Seems kind of weird what they would not have a back up if someone had to leave for something.

Everything was good except that my bathroom had hair from previous occupants and a bottle of an empty soda at the bottom of the sink

Tesla chargers were great; room was comfortable and near enough to conveniences.

The room was clean and quiet. Although it would of been nice and very helpful if the young man that checked us in could of given us instructions to where to park and closest elevator to our room, so we did not have to walk 10 miles thru the entire hotel to find our room. We were given no information at all. Also you should rename your “Gift shop” to “Snack shop” there is NO gift shop. Nice pools, clean grounds and quiet.

This is an absolute huge property, the only negative was the distance from check in to our room. They have one very small elevator, quit a distance from the front desk. Aside from that, it's an impressive facility.

great room , great service , just a little thing could have courtesy water bottles.

The flapper in the toilet was leaking so every once in a while, the water would try to fill the tank making a loud ripping squeaking sound that was in room 182. I forgot to tell him about it as a plumber. I just turned off the water supply and turned it back on when I left.
