接待人員都很客氣，早餐也很好吃、房間很大，只是每天的備品都不提供、住了四天只給一次備品，而且用過的東西拿走了補新的也沒有補得很齊、譬如睡袍濕了就收回去、也不給你新的。

Great hotel at a great location. The breakfast buffet was great. The front desk service was very friendly. Only issue is the roof bar. The internet pictures made it look bigger than it actually was

Its a Nice hotel, we felt welcome.

Great location super close to everything from shopping, eating, cafes, la ramblas, subway in front of hotel. Everything wad just super perfect. Our room was #301 and it qas well equipped. The hotel surprised us with a bottle of bubbly and some snacks. Our room had freat toiletries and for the ladies, we had hair conditioner. This is super important to me as i have long hair. They even took into mind that we are travelling with our child and he had his own set of slippers/robe. Our room was a queen/king and a separate single bed for our 8yr old son. The roof top pool was great for the kids. Only wishes the pool was heated. The water was freezing so us old people feel too cold. But the kids didnt care and jumpped right in. I ended up tanning on the roof top instead and enjoyed the view since the pool was too cold even thoughvit was 27 degrees out. Overall our stay was great, staff is helpful and kind and our room was always cleaned. I would stay here again if I visit Barcelona again.

Buen Hotel. Buena localización con una estación de tren cruzando la calle. Muchos lugares para comer en la esquina del hotel. El restaurante ciudad condal en la misma esquina excelente en desayunos y tapas a buen precio. Staff muy amables. Junior suite muy espaciosa.

I don’t know if I received cup room upgrade. The staff are outstanding except one at front desk when asking for change but initial check in was exceptional. Housekeeping exceptional. The smell of perfumeish masking musty odor is overwhelming. The whole place looks like it needs “polished” - it’s more of a 3.5 star hotel. Could be much better. The carpeting on beautiful staircase needs thoroughly cleaned, the dark hallways need to be repainted and it needs to either not smell or smell clean vs perfumed. Again, excellent staff but property needs attention if they are 4 star.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff cannot do enough for you. Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of options. The history of the hotel is fantastic and I will be returning.

A Beautiful hotel with friendly staff who were wonderful. When they found out it was our 50th wedding anniversary they gave us their newest room and champagne.

Food was amazing and very accommodating i would come back again.

We loved our two nights stay there, had the renovated rooms, it was beautiful,breakfastand staff were amazing too. Steps to shopping and easy for all attractions with a taxi.

Beautiful building. We had a bad smell from the vents which was the only downside. Our stay was short so we didn’t enjoy the rooftop but everything else was nice.

Our room's door ddid not come with complimentary waters.

So far the best hotel we’ve been in this Europe. Nice location, beautiful building, and the staffs were great.
