離聖馬可廣場近，早餐很不錯。唯一美中不足的是，從櫃台到房間要上下樓梯走，頗費力。我們行李很重，但好險可以請飯店幫忙。但離開時，櫃台人員說要看是否有人手，好險有，可以幫我們搬行李。

L'hotel è molto carino ma devo sottolineare che il personale non deve giudicare le persone dal loro aspetto. So perché mi hai chiesto se stavo confondendo il tuo hotel con un altro hotel. ad essere onesti, il tuo hotel non è costoso.

酒店位於聖馬可廣場旁邊，一條滿是商店的狹巷內，需要使用手機地圖協助到達。有升降機，房間的裝修古色古香，滿是紅色的牆紙及地氈，打開行李箱後房間非常狹窄。衛浴大致清潔，只是門未能上鎖。早上提供意大利風格早餐，8時左右餐廳非常多人，需要花一些時間尋找座位。 鄰近多個熱門景點，可以非常方便地在清晨欣賞聖馬可廣場的美景。從房間能聽到遠處的鐘聲，非常寫意。

Die Unterkunft lag weit weg in einem Nebengebäude, nicht gut erreichbar. Es gab mehrmals Stromausfall, die erst nach längerer Zeit behoben wurden. Das Frühstück war ein liebloses Büffet mit Massenfütterung. Die Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter musste deutlich eingefordert werden, keine Freundlichkeit.

Great location but the air conditioning in our room was not adequate. There was a heat wave during two nights we were there. I would go back to this hotel in the fall or spring because it was close to the main attractions. Decent breakfast.

Well, I loved the location but I am upset that they charged 120€ for twins beds extra after we declined to pay extra. And it was rude to say if you don't give us 120€ extra we'll kick you out at 11pm upon checking in. That's not good business. Hotel is good 👍 and central location but adding a mandatory 120€ to checking in was wickedness 💯 Breakfast was ok. Front desk helpful a little bit but gave inaccuracies on closed businesses and took a hour to figure out it was a closed business. Mixed bad here. Great AC in 95F weather and safer. Overall 5.5/10 because of the theft of 120€ for something we told Hotels.com in writing ✍️ we didn't want to pay. If they didn't forceably steal from me at checking in would have been a 7.5/10 stay. Must say beware of Sticky Fingers and bad business practices and they don't care 100%.

Emplacement excellent. Mais hotelun peu viellot, quoique acceptable. Par contre le petit déjeuner n'est pas du tout à la hauteur. Ni par les horaires ni par les choix bas de gamme (le pseudo jus de fruit), l'absence d'œufs et de fruits !!! Une seule pauvre machine pour satisfaire 300 clients, surtout des tasses riquiqui qui contienne au plus 2 cuillers à soupe de liquide...

The best I can say is good lication except they have about 4 locations for rooms. Listing said there was an elevator but on checkin I was told no, not working. Room was on 4th floor with very steep stairs. I am mid- 70s and 4 flights of steep stairs 2-4 x a day would be hard. I asked for room on 2nd level and they had one but very small tight room. I paid for larger room but not able to get adjustment to price because I changed rooms voluntarily. I get it so was OK. Front desk clerk was just rude and porter, who helped with first trip up 4 flights, slipped out before helping me with new room. Breakfast was ok. Quiet too.

Pænt rent værelse og den daglige rengøring var god. Morgenmaden var lidt dårligt organiseret. Der opstod meget kø ved kaffen og det var trangt med siddepladserne. Dejligt med aircondition på værelset.

Bed bugs in bed, walls, and appliances. Bites everywhere on my body. Hotel staff promised me a full refund. I had to emergency book a hotel elsewhere. The hotel didn’t even compensate me for the pain and suffering I endured.

J'avais beaucoup d'inquiétude après avoir lu les avis des anciens clients de cet hôtel. On y parlait de punaises de lit et beaucoup d'autres désagréments . Nous avons passé 4 nuits sans le moindre problème . L'emplacement est vraiment le point fort au pied de la piazza San Marco , proche des plusieurs arrêts de vaporetto et du pont des soupirs . Le petit déjeuner est correct même si il n'y a ni fruit , ni oeufs . Pour moi , c'est une bonne adresse à conseiller

When I booked I was not aware that we wo6be put in a separate room away from the main hotel which didn't have an elevator and with luggage it can get tricky it was only one flight of stairs but very unexpected. The room was large but old and dreary. We also had sound bleed from outside so made it difficult to sleep. Not aure I'd choose to stay here again. Food for breakfast was good

Great location. Getting luggage up the stairs was a task. Great staff.

Our first room had bugs and so I went downstairs to the front desk and they told me they needed to have proof of more than one, and then we came back with pictures of a bunch of them so they finally moved us. They never apologized and just moved us across the street to Hotel diana. This hotel, our AC was broken and stuck at 26.8 no matter what we did try to fix it, our ceiling was leaking, there were bugs on the walls, but at least they weren't in the bed! They were upset that we were wanting to change rooms, but we had bugs in our bed and acted like it was our fault. I would not recommend staying here even though the price is cheap there there's a reason the price is cheap.

Location was excellent, right on St Mark's Square, we booked our hotel at Antico Panada, however at our arrival they sent us to another hotel in the corner, with no elevator access to our room, we have to use the stairs which was inconvenience, especially for people with knee issues, it was not explained to use, also the hotel where they sent to us, seems to be falling apart, breakfast was just ok, the only good thing was the location.

It was good. No complaints.

Good location but dated facility. Too many steps up and down to carry luggage.
