They gave us keys that dont work saying it could have been my phone..... they welcomed theyself in at 9:57am when my check out is 11am

They cancelled my reservation due to late from vehicle service. I called several times to confirm the lateness. Had to rebooked another room that was higher the price and slept for 3 hours.

Room was in disrepair, blood on the towels. The toilet wasn’t clean and there were holes in the sheets and furniture. I would not recommend staying here, I did not feel safe.

Staff was great. Room was very dated; tub was so scuffed up it looked dirty.

THE ROOMS NEED SOME REMODELING, ESPECIALLY THE. CARPET. ALL ROOMS HAVE THE SMALL TOILET SEAT 😞. BREAKFAST IS MODEST, EGGS, HASHBROWS, CEREAL, WAFFLES, SOME BREAD, COFFEE AND JUICE. PLENTY OF PARKING, EVEN FOR BIG TRUCS.

Our coffee maker was broken in room139 and no towels in 137. Other than that it was excellent

Decent hotel

Room was very good, clean and overall comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool looked inviting and clean although I didn’t come prepared to swim. Searched the hotel for ice and found two machines and neither worked. Didn’t look like they had worked in a long time. So, no ice. Breakfast was less than expected. Didn’t appear much effort was put into preparing it.

Room condition is really bad. Didn't even provide bath towels.

Checkin was gast and friendly. The property is pretty dated so there was a fair ount of wear and tear on the overall scheme of things. But it was quiet and clean.

Run down hotel room wasnt clean and bathroom was falling apart

Clock has all plug 🔌 ins for my phone to charge, nothing works, had to unplug radio so i could charge my phone. Tried the in the bathroom but there was to much moisture and my phone alert ⚠️. Stained comforter, they charged my credit card without my consent. Told me they needed it on file, not charging it.Im pissed. Terrible place. Ice machine by pool are is filthy dirty and doesn't work .sheets smell funny. I was so tired from driving that i wanting to let them change my room. But I fell asleep that's how tired and exhausted I was. This is bad 👎 😕

Stay away from this place. Found bed bugs

We noticed there was a terrible smell in the room. We left the door open while unloading the car, and turned the air conditioner on high, trying to air it out. My husband went to bed immediately since he wasn’t feeling well. When I went into the bathroom, I discovered that someone had defacated in the toilet and didn’t flush, and this was the reason for the sickening smell. There was a used washcloth in the shower. One bed was not made up correctly, leading us to believe that the linens hadn’t been changed. I went to the front desk and advised the staff. She didn’t apologize, but told me she could put us in another room and couldn’t refund our money. We moved to another room, mostly due to the smell, and also because the room hadn’t been cleaned. In the second room, we were at least able to rest. We have never been in a hotel room that has been this disgusting. I would appreciate to be contacted by the hotel management.

AC in our room didn’t cool. We had to have a ground floor room and there were “none open to move us” to, we asked for a fan to help cool the room but the property had none. Absolutely a miserable night trying to sleep. Dead bugs on the floor, newly installed hand soap dispenser didn’t work. We’ve stayed here many times due to the location and it has gone down tremendously each time in quality over the last 5 years. This will be our final stay at this location.

The suite was outdated by about 20 years. Couch was due to be tossed about 10 years ago, hard as a rock with sticky stained arm rest. I took my flip flops off and in less than 2 min i had a peice of glass stuck in my foot...we then checked out. Looks like it rents by the hour..

Air conditioner wasn't working. Bathroom was falling apaer. Ceiling looks about to fall. Floors are nasty
