Free car park, staff is nice and the room is big and confortable

Two make-shift beds were crammed into a double room to make a room for four. The price given upon booking was only for the double room and the extra person was charged additionally. The tray for tea/coffee was full of dust. There was no place in the bathroom to hang the towels so we had to be environmental unfriendly. We smashed a few cockroaches in the room.

Wunderbares Hotel für ein City-Trip nach Bordeaux. Es liegt etwas außerhalb dafür etwas ruhiger am See und man kann bequem mit der Tram in die Stadt fahren. Das Frühstück war extrem gut für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie. Etwas schade war, dass das Wasser am Abreisetag (evtl. aufgrund einer Baustelle?) im ganzen Viertel abgestellt wurde und man uns das nicht gesagt hat. Wir hätten vorher besser planen können, wenn man uns informiert hätte. Ansonsten tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Wir haben den nächsten Aufenthalt schon gebucht!

Super petit dejeuner et personnel au petit soin

Rien à dire sur la chambre ni sur le personnel : tout bien. Petit déjeuner magnifique. Par contre, repas au restaurant très très moyen, disons juste mangeable ( pas mauvais mais très moyen), heureusement pas très cher. Dommage car l'hôtel est plutôt classe pour le coût. Donc restau à éviter, hôtel à recommander.

Hotel itself was lovely, modern and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room , booked for a family of 4 was very cramped and not really accommodating for 4. A family of 3 yes, but way too small for 4. We had a double bed, single sofa bed and mattress on the floor all in a standard double room. Room wasn’t very modern in comparison to the hotel. Separate toilet from bathroom which is always great. However, not really a comfortable stay for 4 , very cramped and uncomfortable.

Nice rooms. Clean. Modern. They allows dogs and the room was immaculate for him too.

Hotel top, personnel aux petits soins et tres aimables aussi bien les equipes du matin que du soir... petit dejeuner varie et de bonne qualite... restaurant excellent et tres bon rapport qualite prix ... Un exterieur chaleureux

Hôtel classe et confortable, équipe avenante et au petit soin. Petit déjeuner bien fourni par contre revoir horaires semaine au lieu de 9h30 poussez jusqu'à 10h00 et 11h le weekend. Commerces, transport et Lac magnifique à proximité.

Grâce à cet hôtel, j'ai pu découvrir une partie de la ville de Bordeaux qui m'était inconnue, le nord de la ville avec son lac. L'hôtel est juste à côté du Lac et ça vaut le coup d'œil, surtout quand il fait beau comme aujourd'hui. Bel hôtel, classe avec une équipe soudée et avenante, chambre confortable et bien aménagée, petit déjeuner copieux et avec du choix, peut être revoir les horaires en semaine (9h30), 10h00 aurait été mieux selon moi et 11h le weekend par exemple. Je reviendrai sûrement dans votre établissement, je le recommande vivement.
