Good

Property was very affordable yet safe, clean, and gave me what i needed in a nights stay. The only thing negative was something they could not control and that was the loud traffic outside. They gave us ear plugs so they knew this could be an issue and i appreciate the attempt to help.

Property was convenient to the activities we had planned and relatively clean as a whole. Beds were fine and comfortable. Biggest problem was the odor in some of our rooms; our room had a strong bleach smell. Not sure if because the hotel is pet-friendly but may use stronger cleaning products for that reason.

Quick stay for one night, it met my needs fol solo traveler. Room was very clean but I believe the carpet had a moldy odor. Great AC. Front desk and housekeeping staff were very kind and courteous. Other than carpet odor in room, all was good.

Staff is fantastic!! By the second morning the room and hallways were smelling musty/moldy. The AC unit only half worked and the seals around the windows were all broken.

They property is very outdated & room felt very cramped. The elevator was popping & making noises that didn't seem to safe.

I liked it all except the window in my room would not open i like fresh air not the air conditioner

Since they allow pets, this hotel was loud and had a distinct smell. It was ok, but won’t be going back.

The room was very clean and beds very comfortable. No odd smells in the room either and ac worked amazing. The entire staff was very kind and helpful. Will definitely consider this place next time we are back in the area.

This hotel was very nice. The staff was great and always helpful if there was anything i needed. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Pet friendly even though i had no pet with me. The breakfast was very nice as well and 24/7 coffee and tea available. They kept kitchen counters stocked and clean. I would stay here again 😀

Had a great stay, breakfast was always ready. Service was great from check in to check out. Will stay again next time in the area.

Terrible odor in the room, checked in late and very tired so we just dealt with the odor in the room(likely from dirty and wet AC unit) room wasnt clean enough, rooms and hallways are not as good of shape as the lobby. Mattress are small and thin and very uncomfortable, would not stay here again.

Whomever cleaned our room always took the kids stuffies and placed them on the bed neatly. The kiddos would always love coming in and seeing how they was arranged.. Also always made sure everything was nice and fresh each day

Front desk very friendly and helpful

My second time staying at this hotel and I really loved it! The atmosphere, the customer service everything is just truly amazing. The staff always goes above and beyond and make your stay as comfortable as possible! There’s also a great view of the mountains!

The outside looks new but inside is different story. Folks were friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable but inside is old. Carpet in hallways is old. Elevator creaked and AC unit in room was very loud shutting off and on Bathroom was not good No bathtub and sliding door was rigged up and didn’t even close. Kitchen area was old and needed updating. Breakfast was minimal. Orange juice was watery. Sorry to be negative but was not a pleasant stay.
