we had to go down a flight of stairs to get to the hotel lobby... imagine doing that with suitcases and a baby. it wasn't a fun experience. then the receptionist wasn't very nice when I asked them whether my room was really a Deluxe because it looks like the superior room in the photo (Deluxe photo had a couch and a balcony). He insisted it was a Deluxe anyway and didn't answer my question on why it didn't have a sofa and balcony as shown in the photos. then on to breakfast... the hotel breakfast doesn't have much variety (perhaps it would be ok for a 1 or 2 night stay but we had to stay there for 5 days and the last couple of days I didn't even want to eat there) and the food wasn't very good. if you have to stay here I'd recommend a restaurant next to the hotel that serves decent breakfast.
