Clean room, friendly staff Nice hotel to stay

This hotel super passed my expectations is was just amazing

Very nice staff and hotel

The large room on a VIP floor was great but the walls are paper thin. I could hear the soft snoring of the guest next door. Rooms with adjoining doors are not my favorite.

Other than the early housekeeping knock on the door the day of departure all was well.

The rooms and location are beautiful, all of the restaurants were great and very delicious! Also, I want to highlight the front desk staff because they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and were very helpful!

We paid 30.00 for brunch per person. Limited selection, not all food items were available. Not the friendliest staff in the restaurant

Staff was great! We did find something unsanitary under the rug and told the staff. The only issue we had The food and service was great. Please make sure to double check the cleanliness

Very, very clean, beautiful property. Romantic pool & waterfall area. Awesome rooftop bar at attached sister property. We'll be back.

The room had hair balls on the floor. The floor was dirty. Had to wash my feet again after stepping on it.

Our stay was excellent. The room was nice and clean, the staff were extremely helpful and gave recommendations about the area. We will stay here again if we come back to Tijuana.

Staff at check in were very rude and Aimee insisted on charging me $90 extra for my caregiver that was only there as a visitor...Aimee treated me like trash, They also advertise a complimentary continental Breakfast, that is actually $30 per person. Spa did not work. Cockroaches everywhere. In the middle of the night, we woke up to a horrible smell. 2nd floor of Hotel had flooded and sewage was everywhere. They had to move us at midnight to 3rd floor. I would not ever go here again !
