Clean rooms and very quiet

Liked the room, staff and pool. Only thing missing was a microwave.

Pleasant, quiet, fun!

Our room was dirty, the carpet looked awful, and I didn't want to touch it with my bare feet! The bathroom smelled of urine, the hot water was nonexistent on Saturday morning, and we had to leave without a shower. There were flies in the room as well and dirty coffee grounds were in the coffee maker.

This place has gone downhill

This used to be a very welcoming hotel offering some things that other hotels in the city cannot offer. The room did not feel clean, the pool area seems unkept. Indoor hot tub has been out of service since March. Outdoor hot tub used to be in an area well kept, not anymore. The food was below average. Ordered room service as a treat for the grandson but was told that we can pick up the food in the Starbucks area of the restaurant. Pool water was not very clear (and this was not because of water treatment). Too bad, used to be a nice play. Highlight was the mojitos my wife and I had. 10 out of 10 for the drinks. The bartender was very pleasant. Also, good live music in the bar.

Was convenient for our trip.

Hotel interior is very clean, staff were amazing, but carpet, wallpaper, etc… could use refresh. Restaurant staff were friendly, however service was unacceptably slow. Food took 1hr to arrive.
