At 3 AM, I wake up to someone trying to get into my room. I looked through the peep hole and , it is a couple using a key card trying to open the door. I did not open the door at first as I was scared to death but as they started to walk away I did open the door and she immediately apologized and told me that she had a key for the room that I was in and showed it to me. At that point, I guess they went back to the front desk and I went back to bed. A few minutes later, the phone starts to ring and it's the front desk asking if I'm OK and apologizing for the mixup apparently, according to the clerk, there was a mixup in the computer with room numbers or something so I laid back down again and a few minutes later, the phone rings again and it's the same person apologizing and just asking if I'm OK! Needless to say, we didn't get very much sleep!

The staff, room, pool, breakfast were all excellent.

Very OLD PROPERTY

The staff was exceptional, from check in to check out. Everyone that I encountered was polite and extremely helpful and we were there 6 days. The room felt like a small apartment which was nice. We had to ask for extra pillows because the bed felt like it was uneven, but that was fixed once we stacked pillows. Enjoyed the pool, although it didn’t seem the filter was on so it was a little dirty. In the grand scheme, minor complaints. Overall, a great stay.

Loved this spacious room and the comfortable bed. Clean and convenient!

The stay was very good and the workers was very nice even the ones that speak no English, And the lady checked us in was very nice and helpful yes I would stay here again. Thanks

Property and room were great. Front desk clerk sternly told us "no partying" and was serious. We are middle-aged and sober. You don't need to speak to guests that way, there are polite ways to convey the message.

I like the apartment style living !! Breakfast was great!!! Pool was refreshing as well 👍

Penthouse was perfect for a trip with 2 teenagers who could have their own space and I (mom) still had my own space. A full kitchen was helpful and 2 bathrooms with 3 females was a must ! They allowed us an early check in (our flight landed at 8:30) we checked in at 11! Staff was courteous and went above and beyond to get us settled.

The front desk staff was AMAZING! SHAWNTA and JB were super friendly, efficient and efficient. Older Residence Inn but nice. Rooms are spacious. The service and convenience makes it 5 stars!

Great front desk help. A little dated, but overall clean and quiet.

The room was not clean. The floor and vents were extremely dirty. We requested a cleaning and even after that, they were not clean. The kitchen floor was sticky.

The following were issues at this Marriott location. Ishared all of this with the front desk. 1. The flip lock to the front was broken. 2. The towel rack upstairs and downstairs was broken and falling. 3. The TV in the bedroom did not work (would not turn on) 4. The remote for the tv had black tape holding the batteries in place. Absolutely unacceptable from a Marriott Residence property. At 258.00 for the night (total cost) I expected a typical high quality experience. Dale Fanton
