The staff were friendly.

i could say it worth for money. I felt satisfied with anything at the hotel. Must stay there if I visit Calgary next time.

Curtains need to be improved.

A good property which is clean and maintained well with amenities at the price point. Staff is helpful and accommodating

This room worked good for us as we had appointments at the near by cancer clinic. Room was clean and easy for in out use during the day

No filter in coffee machine Toilet took awhile to flush Lack of tv channels, that we were supposed to have available

Bathroom faucet would shoot water at us when turned on full. Nice room otherwise though.

Continental breakfast wasn't anything special but had a great stay!

The counter staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, professional. The room was as expected, great for our overnight visit to Calgary!

The only hot food for the breakfast was pancakes. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

Cheap and cheerful place to stay. I docked a star for the bed which was not very pillowy. And the outside door was very hard to lock due to winter shift. They had put laminate flooring in the whole room which is smart for a room that opens to outside. Much easier to clean. Has a kitchenette that was stocked with dishes for two. Good location too.

Breakfast was ok, essential dishes not to fancy.

L’odeur à la chambre était très mauvaise, on a fait une reclayet ils m’ont changé la chambre. Il n’y a pas de place pour changer ni pour prendre une douche après la piscine, donc il fallait sortir en maillot et aller jusqu’à la chambre pour prendre la douche et changer sachant qu’il neigeait dehors

Second time in this hotel and still never disappointed with my stay

Stay was alright for what we needed

Staff was excellent in accomodating a room change for me; the rooms were mostly clean; the vending was pretty sketchy

Clean nice rooms. Friendly staff. We checked in about 1 hour early and they were great about it!
