Room cleaning is scheduled every three days, unless you request an additional service, though this is not always guaranteed. The staff were exceptionally helpful within the scope of their assigned duties. Breakfast is not included in the booking; however, guests receive a rebate and pay $15 instead of the regular $20. The property does have both a hot tub and a swimming pool.

The room was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. But not a great area. My bad for not doing more research and I had stayed downtown before but the other side.

The hotel was easy to get to, the staff were courteous and very helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable.

The room was clean and new. The staff were all pleasant. We were pleased with the food and service in the restaurant. The only complaint we had was the sloping parking lot. It made it difficult to get in and out of our vehicle.

The rooms were a mess, nothing like the pictures. We saw pictures of newlyrenovatedrooms, nothing luke we got. There was no hot water in the mornings, breakfastwas supposed to be included but we had to pay again. The hotel is in a very dangerous part of town. We very much got conned by this hotels pictures vs the actual rooms. We had drinks in the bar, very disappointed with that aswel, food was rubbish for the cost and beer was flat and no gas, had to pay for every drink as it was brought to us, staff were terrible. The pool was ok but no changing facilities or towels. Over all I have never been so disappointed in a hotel in my life which is a shame

The room was clean, staff were helpful, we just stopped in and slept.

Expedia cancelled my room according to the Hotel. Even after we dropped our bags off there in the morning

Rooms are clean and up to date. Pool was nice as well. Room air conditioner had difficulty keeping room cool.

This has got to be one of the worst if not the worst hotels I have ever stayed at in all of my travels and I always try to hesitate giving a review this horrible, but in this case it had to be said. Perhaps management will see it and do things to rectify it.

My daughter slipped and fell in the bathtub. They did not have a anti slip mat. There was no exhaust vent in the bathroom. Plus, the knob for the faucet was screwed on tight, so it was hard to operate. The mattresses were also really uncomfortable.

We enjoyed how comfortable the beds were, and the pool/hot tub were very nice. It was unfortunate that the hotel did not have an on-demand movie service, so all that was on tv was what cable was playing. We also would have liked the pool hours to be a bit later. Hours are from 8am to 9pm, and we wished the pool closed at 10pm instead.

The only concern is that I didn’t get my invoice neither from hotel nor from Expedia. Expedia is saying as you have paid in hotel, they will give you the Reciept and hotel said that you did the booking from Expedia so Expedia will give you the invoice. That’s the ennoying thing which happened with me
