Good hotel. Arcade was cool for the kids. Easy walking to a few good restaurants.

The people here were excellent. The room was nice and very clean. The kids loved the arcade games and indoor pool. Very confident location, close to everything, including a very good BBQ spot next door.

Very close to downtown. Bit of wear and tear, bit expensive for what we got.

Room is newly renovated, quite clean.

Perfect stop in Kamloops.

Great spot to bring kids. Pool and games room were fun! However pool seemed a bit dirty and a few games don’t work.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean.

We got a room in corner had zero view out window only of roof and blocking wires Again only staying 1 night half way point on our driving. The hotel needed some serious updates I felt like we were in the 80’s Area of hotel was not very nice homeless around and near our car hanging out

Breakfast was delicious, and the pool offered a refreshing activity when it was hot and smoky outside. This is a beautiful property and perfectly situated near to anything you need downtown.

The hotel was great- comfy beds, spacious rooms, enjoyed the pool and hot tub. What really stood out was the staff. So kind and incredible service. They made us feel so welcome. We will definitely stay again.

3 star no more no less ok for one night

Hotel was nice. Gym was quite dusty and one of the few machines were broken.

I booked a “deluxe” room with a valley view, but the window was frosted/shaded like a bathroom window — so much for the view. The shower had almost no water pressure and made a loud, unsettling noise, like the pipes were about to burst. We were charged for parking, which wasn’t mentioned when I booked. Breakfast was overpriced for what you got — $75 is hard to justify. we paid over $300 for a deluxe room with two queen beds and a “view,” which felt like a significant overcharge given the experience. The pool and hot tub were overrun with kids, some unsupervised, and staff didn’t seem to care or step in. When I raised concerns, I was told that booking directly with the hotel next time would get me better service — which isn’t exactly reassuring when I’m already a paying guest. I won’t be staying or recommending this place.

The room was nice and clean and up to date. Parking does cost, which I did not understand. Small fee. Forest fires did leave somewhat of a smell to the surrounding area. It didn't make it into the room which was good. Breakfast had a general Canadian type menu, and the front desk provided a voucher which we're able to use for our whole breakfast.

Good location and value for price.
