Their service is good and comfortable. But they don’t offer water for the second day no matter how many days you stay the hotel. They only offer the first day water.

Very welcoming staff and the concierge provided useful tips on our travel plan. However, the hotel is not that convenient as there is a 10 minute walk to major attractions and the hotel does not feel five star. Expedia told me we will be offered a bottle of wine but we got nothing except one bottle of complimentary water on the first day over our three night stay.

Great property 10 minutes away from the Old Port area. The advantages are it is quiet, easy parking and easy access / parking especially if one rents a car. Great cafes and restaurants nearby.

This is a bigger hotel that seems to cater to business travelers rather than offering a European hotel experience. Lots of little amenities. Very clean and nice. Dining at the hotel was expensive. We left before breakfast opened but they put together a box breakfast that was very nice to have for our travels. 15 minute walk to the port. The port here was not as charming as the one in Chania but if you are leaving by ferry, it seems this property is a quiet and comfortable option. You cannot walk to the ferry however with luggage.

Nous sommes assez dessus par ce que la piscine etait vide et fermé alors que nous avons réservé ici justement pour ça .De plus ,les chambres n’était pas très isolé en terme de bruit et de luminosité. La literie était moyennement bien à cause du faite que les lits était trop mou. Mais, néanmoins ,le petit déjeuner était très bon et nous nous sommes régalés.

La piscine ne fonctionnait pas quand j’y étais.

Good location walking distance to city center and bus stop. Pleasant and professional staffs.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and this is the first time I didn’t see any hot plate options like eggs and meat. But a staff member asked what I would like and the cook in the back prepared it. It’s the low season, so I suppose that was why.

I would very much recommend this hotel. If you don't mind the 20min walk to the centre of town and the slightly challenging parking it is faultless. Comfortable, quiet and great facilities. The staff were efficient, attentive and friendly. Special mention to the breakfast - staff and food excellent.
