Housekeeping are starting to offload their duties to guests so be prepared to line your own garbage cans as they won’t, which doesn’t seem very hygienic to me and I wasn’t impressed. Maybe next they’ll just leave the vacuum cleaner at the door for guests to use too😉

We have stayed here 3 times and love the area around the pool,sauna, hot tub and outdoor restaurant. This time we stayed in the tower and had a nice balcony overlooking Penticton Golf Course. The property is clean and very well maintained and the bedding, towels, and robes in the room are of a very high quality. The staff were friendly and professional. We will return.

We'll be back next year! Great location, great outdoor amenities. Room was very clean and had a lot of space, the outdoor pool/hot tub/sauna/cold plunge was our favorite part.

A little out of the way to walk to the restaurants on Okanagan Lake but a decent location if you use your car. Room nice and AC worked well. Room could have used a safe..it did have a small fridge and a coffeemaker

I will return! Staff was professional and helpful! Parking felt very secure to me. The room was well stocked with towels and immaculate! I used the workout room on a rainy day - all equipment was working. This property, including the pool and hot tub are very well maintained. Even though this hotel is on the main road coming in, road noise was not a factor (actually didn’t hear a thing). Conveniently located for walking, cycling and golf. Can’t say a bad word about this place!

The room is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The staff were very accommodating and always willing to help. The specific room we stayed in has a full kitchen that is fully stocked and very usable. The bath products and bathroom set up was very lovely as well! We'd definitely want to stay here again.

I love how the property was so well maintained. It was very relaxing and so close to the lakefront.. within walking distance. Will stay here again.

Beautiful place

The staff is being lazy (?) and unhelpful. We got back late, around 11:20 last night, and the lobby door was locked. We called the front desk (there was a sign that said they would be back in 15 minutes) and asked her to help us open the lobby door. She didn’t come and instead asked us to go to the other side of the gate so she didn’t need to come out and get us. My friend was drunk at the time, so this made me very uncomfortable. Why couldn’t the staff just unlock the lobby door for us? The room is clean but has a smell. The pool and other amenities look great but didnt get a chance to use it.

Amazing Facility.

We travelled to Penticton for a family gathering the last weekend in May. The Balcomo was perfect for some of our get togethers. The pool was heated and so nice. We loved the hot tub, cold plunge pool and the dry sauna- literally felt like we were at a spa! The restaurant was fabulous. The room we were in was great- everything we needed and super clean. The grounds are extremely well maintained and beautiful! We are already planning to return! Can’t say enough on how much we loved our stay.
