Very spacious and comfortables rooms. The service is very good. The only inconvenience was the parking space in the hotel. But they give you the option to park in a place beside the hotel.

Buen hotel con muy buena ubicacion

I recently stayed at the Clarion Hotel in Guatemala City after extending my trip due to a medical situation. While the hotel itself has decent facilities, my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. • They were not able to accommodate my booking properly, which made the stay more stressful than it needed to be. • The reception staff came across as dismissive and at times rude, which set a negative tone. • Upon checkout, I experienced the same lack of courtesy. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important for management to know that professionalism and kindness at the front desk make a big difference for guests—especially those dealing with difficult circumstances. El manejo de los jabones genera mucho desperdicio podrian poder dispensadores. Los toma corrientes no son faciles de accesar y los embutidos pueden ser de mejor sabor. Las llevas se descargan con frecuencia.Excelente internet, ubicación y habitación muy amplia y comoda

Todo es un 10, sin embargo el diseño del baño es ineficiente, cuando uno se baña, se ale el agua de la regadera y inunda todo, a nosotros se nos salio el agua hasta las camas, pesimo diseño de arquitecto, lejos de eso, todo es perfecto

Wonderful stay and the STAFF MAKE IT! The rooms and facilites are lovely. Great airport hotel. We were offered a complimentary welcome beverage with our stay which was our first interaction with the wonderful staff. We met great happy servers in the lounge and shared an appetizer. The front desk staff were all smiles all the time. Always busy but dropped what they were doing to help! The security and support staff were all so lovely. I cannot express how great the staff were!! I did not get all of their names but Mariana and Jefferson from reception and Jesus from the restaurant were awesome. But really they all were. Only things we did not love - menu prices were high. I travel alot and understand restaurant hotels are pricey, but this was a lot. The food is ok. It is not delicious...frozen fries I think, which always makes me sad. Also the pizza...there is better in town! - the lounge has a lovely outdoor seating area but is only open in the evening (pro tip though, if they arent busy the restaurant staff will serve you out there and it is wonderful) - no business centre. As we were preparing to travel we needed some copies and things. that said, front desk staff did help us, but they had to get approval so we could have been without. However. Absolutely would stay again. And look forward to seeing the great staff in the future.
