The rooms were not clean. There was hair on the floor of the bathroom upon arrival. The sheets were ripped. The breakfast was too crowded and only one staff who couldn’t keep up and everything was empty. Terrible place!

The hotel was filthy to say the least. There was food dropped on the floor in the main hallways. Our room had a broken bed frame and when we moved the bed, we found someone’s dirty socks, water bottle and garbage bag under neath. The floors were sticky as well. We understood we didn’t book a 5 star hotel but we’ve stayed in 2 stars prior and never encountered this lack of cleanliness. When I called the desk and explained that we found the previous guests dirty socks and asked for the general manager, the front desk attendant just provided his name and didn’t even bother to provide a solution like having someone come clean the room. Not to mention we overheard some of the cleaning staff complaining to the front desk about how customers don’t tip them, complaining about specific guests and their rooms.

The room was dated as in not newerish furniture. The bed was fine and had a solid sleep. The elevator was slower than yesterday was located at the END of the floor. The neighborhood was sketchy.

THE BUILDING MAY BE OLD BUT THE STAFF AND THE AMENITIES WERE IN PLACE AND MY STAY WAS PLEASANT. AMPLE PARKING, PLEASANT HELPFUL STAFF and QUIET for my sleeping times. thank you

We arrived late in the early morning hours and were met with kindness and understanding by the clerk. Our room was clean and cool. Beds were comfortable, plenty of clean towels. We only stayed the one night and slept through the breakfast hours of 7 to 10. Check out was easy, clerk was super friendly! Would definitely book here again.

Overall, our stay was decent. The front desk worker was really friendly and helpful, and he made us feel comfortable during our stay. The location was okay, but the surrounding area was the only downside for us. The hotel is near a Salvation Army location that provides meals and services, so there were quite a few people experiencing homelessness in the area. Everyone kept to themselves and we had no issues, but it did make us feel a little uneasy at first. Overall, it was a good stay for what we needed at the time. The friendly staff definitely made the experience better.

Extremely sketchy hotel. Checked in with my three small children only to get a hotel room with a perfect view of an encampment. Immediately went to the front desk and told her I didn’t feel safe staying at this hotel with the amount of homeless there was in the area as our weekend was full of fun filled activities. Checked in and checked out within 30 minutes after making a decision that I did not feel safe with my children. Was not refunded a single dollar even though we were in and out in under 30 minutes. Do not recommend this hotel whatsoever. If sketchy is your forte, this is for you!

The hotel was great. The location was not in the best area but when you are in the hotel, the rooms were great, the staff was nice, it was clean and the breakfast was good.
