Dirty carpets and sticky floors. This property needs a serious renovation on their room.

do yourself a favor and skip this hotel. You could end up with a unit with air conditioning that isn’t working and they won’t be able to fix it and they won’t be able to move you to a new room. When the maintenance guy showed me how bad the pipes were I didn’t think too much of it until someone told me how dangerous it could be. They were supposed to fix it while we were out at the zoo and they never did and they said they were sold out of rooms. When I try to get in touch with the manager all of a sudden he was never around it’s been four days and I still haven’t heard from him. Their receptionist promised reimbursement from the manager. I have not received any emails or any calls yet to prove that. Our vacation was ruined because the kids could not sleep it was too hot and the rooms are outdated. So do yourself a favor and listen to all the bad reviews because they are true.

Nice location, easy access to places of interest

Only there 2 nights. Originally reserved one room to sleep 3 comfortably but due to A/C problems was switched to two rooms…on opposite ends of the complex. The entrance to our room was rusty and a roach that scattered to under couch, where there was an uncovered hole to electrical? The next night we got home at midnight to find water trickling down the ceiling and bathroom door and flooding bathroom. We again had to move to a new room. The place is falling apart. Only redeeming is close to airport but would recommend staying at ones even closer for a bit more money. Not only will I never stay there again but not at any hotel in that chain.

We liked the spacious room, but it was a little dated/old which made it feel dirty. It probably wasn't. The breakfast was nice and staff was friendly.

Unit needs update. Carpet was very dirty. The door to enter the unit can also needs update. Overall, the breakfast was good. My family and I was able to enjoy the place. Not bad for the price.

The room was ok but the floors/rugs were not vacuumed the first room was noisy. At 12:30 AM we were wakened from a loud noise coming what seemed like the adjacent room. I walked around the outside of the building (#2) and didn’t see or hear the noise. I went to the office to complain the night shift person and he offered to move us but I was reluctant since we had unpacked our suitcases and all we wanted was to go to sleep. I was hoping the attendant could shut off whatever was making the noise. He told me I was not cooperating with him as he offered to move us and how HE was being responsive which he kept reiterating. I received a follow up call in the am from the woman that relieved the night shift. She suggested we move to another room as she had complaints on the noise in that area and thought it had been fixed. She gave us another room and all was well except the floor/carpet didn’t seem to be vacuumed.

Mold in bathroom. Room had dirty paper towel on couch upon arrival. Stains on carpet floor.

It's okay

Only redeeming thing about this property is the polite, hard working staff. Mold in the bathroom, dirty carpets, general disrepair. It's clear ownership could not care less about the rooms. Expedia also listed this as having in room washer and dryer, which is the only reason I booked it as we were away for a baseball tournament and had lots of laundry to do. That was false. No attempt from the hotel to do anything to rectify that.

Hot tub was broken. Room could have been cleaner. Staff wasn't very pleasant. Basketball court was great.

Late check in. Waited 10 minutes for staff to appear at front desk!!!! 2:30 AM... we called earlier and told them late arrival. Then apparently our room was listed as a no-show, so had to start all over.

I ask for not smoking and my room smells really bad a cigarette

Close to so many things!

The location is fine. It's far from Newport but it works. There were no wash clothes. But the bedding, towels and living space in the room was very nice. The breakfast is great and the woman is prepares the food is the sweetest.

Cool little spot! Loved the pretty pool and fire pit/bbq area unfortunately it all closed at 9 when the pool closed.

Everyone was very

The out side needed a good cleaning.. lots of garbage around. The shower needs new shower head as it sprays everywhere. The bed was amazing
