Buena zona y siempre he elegido este hotel. Esta vez vi varios problemas con el internet, el check in y cargos a mi habitación que no había hecho. Aunque todo lo solucionaron no dejo de ser incómodo.

The hotel is very nice and the room is a suite. The staff is very nice and helpful. The area is amazing with a wonderful vibe and plenty of restaurants and cafes to enjoy.

The breakfast buffet is plentiful and a delight. The restaurant staff are superb. Gave them a small bag to be washed. Although I acknowledge I should have checked the price, they could have warned me it was dry clean only (as it was clearly a bag of casual cotton clothes) and that little bag of clothes turned out to be ~$130plus! Ouch. Lots of restaurants in the nice neighborhood or a short uber ride away. Felt very safe. The massages were very light and not really worth it.

Great property, the staff were kind and helpful. The location is great and the room was better than I expected. Also the free happy hour was a great feature.

I have stayed at Embassy Suites Rosales twice now. The hotel is fine, and the price was reasonable. The best thing about this place is its location - right in the center of Bogota's gastronomic center. Can't throw a rock without hitting a good restaurant. Less than 2 minute walk to Argentine, Japanese, Mexican, Italian, general Asian, and of course Colombian cuisine. This is a nice neighborhood, however always be aware of your surroundings no matter where you are in Bogotá. A couple years back I stayed at this place and a colleague was robbed at gunpoint by a fake cop a couple blocks away from the hotel. This is not likely to happen to you in this sector but common-sense precautions are always appropriate in Colombia

Loved my stay at the Embassy by Hilton in Bogotá! Super central location—tons of restaurants and tourist spots just a short walk or ride away. Good vibes, the room was clean and comfy, and the staff were really friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Best all-around hotel I've stayed at in a long time! Well located (equal distance to all the neighbourhoods we wanted to visit). Room was very comfortable, with all amenities there. Breakfast was great (and extensive) and happy hour was a nice addition. Would definitely stay again while in Bogota!

Muy buena ubicación en la Zona G de Bogotá. Personal muy amable y servicial. Pedimos que nos plancharan unos artículos y estuvieron listos muy rápido. Todo el personal muy atento. Las habitaciones grandes, cómodas, cuentan con sala, TV, microondas, cafetera. Muy fácil para transportarse a toda la ciudad y muy central. Lo volvería a escoger.

Su ubicación estratégica tanto para negocios, reuniones laborales y turismo A pesar de qué el hotel tiene habitaciones para personas con discapacidad en el comedor le pueden ayudar para llevarle la mesa pero sin poderse acercar al bufet a ver la variedad del menú

Pesima atencion. Pesimo servicio. El agua del lavamanis y la ducha amarilla y de mal olor. No quisieron hacer bada. Dijeron" no podemos hacer nada". Es un problema sanitario. CUIDEN SU SALUD NO VAYAN A ESE HOTEL

El hotel está en un amuy buena zona, te sientes muy tranquilo estando ahí, los servicios y atención son muy buenos y la habitación espaciosa, solo estuve 3 días sin embargo lo recomiendo si visitas Bogota
